I went to this much hyped place with a friend of mine....we had been hearing such raving reviews of this place that even though it is approx 47 kms away from our homes, we were still motivated enough to reach there - and believe me - it was worth it ! the best part (or USP) of this place is the sheer concept of the 'barbeque-on-the-table'. Being hardcore non-vegetarians, we had instructed the stewart serving us, not to get any veggies on the table barring mushrooms. We didn't know what we would be experiencing till the time we actually did - the barbeque fitted well into the square cut-out in the table.
Once the snacks started pouring, there was absolutely no turning back. The service was excellent - the waiters were attentive yet not imposing. From Seekh Kababs to Prawns, you get it all and the best part was that the snacks were unlimited. Right at the outset, let me warn you - if you are one of those who can't eat if there is too much food, then this place is not for you. You would have an endless and fulfilling trickle of appetizers till you can't eat a single bite more. After a sumptous start to the meal, we moved to the lavish spread - the main course. The buffet consisted of soups, mutton, chicken, veggies and 7 desserts !
We tried to taste them all but Balti Murg was my personal favorite. After a filling dinner, we were dreading the bill, which came out to be approx 700 per person inclusive of all taxes ! We weren't sure if this had been a printing error as it was too good to be true ! It turned out to be only 700 bucks. We were amazed at the quality and the quantity of food. The only hitch is that its too far for the foodie Delhiities. I believe they are opening up their branches in various places but Gurgaon branch rules completely ! All in all, it was a great experience which all foodies must not miss !
