Hi Karthik I have too learnt from some unpleasing experiences and would like to share with you, while booking for an airline ticket online always book it directly from the website. For example, Indigo, Jetairways etc... the major issue is at the time of cancellation. These middle man always will ...trouble US for their unprofessionalism and morever even if it wasn't their fault and a person wishes to cancel a flight, we end up paying Rs.250 more against what we would have paid on a direct booking to the airline.Read More

I agree with you that Lakme is definitely very very competitive and has a Large fan following. But I would still blame Lakme for this episode... I am sure it has no or very low customer value... for example there's a international product known as Clinique... now the USP of Clinique is you can ge...t any product exchanged at any given point IF that doesn't suit you no matter how much that is used. Okay I agree Clinique also charges premium for it's products but that's ok as long as I am a Valued customer... certainly I do not expect Lakme to do that... BUT as I said I retained the packaging and the BILL, I did hope them to happily exchange it for something else. I was also ready to buy products worth more than the original amount. Obviously the staff has been trained by Lakme itself, and I am sure they must have never ever taught how to Value a customer. I have also written a mail to Unilever regarding the same, let's see if they at least care to respond!!!!Read More

I agree with you Harwinder. My issue would never have been resolved unless I took a drastic step. That shows how bad their after sales service is. I will still never prefer to buy anything from Eureka Forbes. That was first and the last bitter experience!!
