FNP E RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to achieve customer satisfaction

I had placed an order for the following on th occasion of mother's day:




  • Flower's




  • Box of Chocolate




  • Greeting card






However only the flower's were delivered and that too at 8.30 PM when the day was about to finish.


The chocolate box and the greeting card which I had paid for additionally was never delivered. And there is no mechanism with this organisation to investigate this mismanagement/fraud.


I would not recommend anybody to use this service during these occasions due to heavy load on the vendors during these times.


I have used this service earlier for anniversaries and birthdays and the expectations were fine. However it is we only who give them business on these occasions but they unfortunately do not have the capacity to handle the load and we feel cheated.
