Few months back I had posted a review about the unsatisfactory service given by Eureka Forbes. I would like to take back my words and also make you all aware that Mr. Siddhartha Singh (Brand Manager for Eureka Forbes) has very quickly solved my complaint. Today the concerned sales person personally came and apologised with the promised gifts which he was supposed to give me a year and a half back.
This is something really worth appreciating. Perhaps such actions on behalf of Eureka Forbes will prevent their Sales Person to take Customers for granted and I really really wish that the customers are not traumatised anymore.
I would sincerely like to Thank Eureka Forbes and Mr. Siddhartha Singh for personally looking in to this matter. Anybody else on Mouth Shut who is unsatisfied by the after sales service, pls do not hesitate to contact EF to get their issues solved.I wish this organisation all the very best!!
