If you through the reviews here,you can see that isolated problems galore on all the airlines.No airline is spared,so there should be some solution to it right? The solution is simple ,dont take the bullying, you take control of the situation.Do you know that BA has a complaint cell,just use that an...d make it known to the people who mistreat you that you are not going to let her go scotfree for her actions,she will naturally correct herself.If you come across a person who can be bullied ,beleive me people will be taken for a ride anywhere in the world be it AI or luftansa or BA .I suggest you to read the review under the same category by other member sanjeev6.I agree that AI is bad,but we make the matters even worse by psyching up ourself that it would be bad even before we board the plane and naturally everything that follows will be lot worse .I agree that some complaints are valid and very genuine,but most of them are exaggerated(eg caretaker ) or give only half a story.If people talk/complain with authorities with the same conviction as they write reviews,half the problem will be solved Read More

Its apalling to know the behaviour of Air India staff towards you,but its no job of air india to give instructions to passengers as to what documents you need to carry before flying,its your or your sponsoring companies job to be aware before hand of all the documentations needed.Infact no airline g...ives instructions as to what documents you need to carry for immigration when you collect tickets.The silly rules are not of Air India but is formulated by the government,so why blame an airline of rules? .But I agree to your point of rudeness on part of the air India staff, which is a big shame. This is the most ridiculous review I have read.I wonder how MS can really encourage such reviews . Tickets are not given on first come first served basis ,and if the one standing behind the queue got the preference there can be hundered of reasons why he may have been chosen over you. 'BA asking a...ll Indian origin people to move to next flight '??? Oh come one , you are not good in making up stories,atleast make it look believable. Why the hell did you just move on without questioning ? It is your fault that you didnt voice your opinion there(rather than screaming here onMS ) ,how can you bear it, if you had a genuine reason if you felt you were victimised. I think if you project yourself as a week humble low egoistic individual with slave mentality you can be taken for a ride even in IA ,forget about BA and luftansa. You are bang on the racist attitude.Until you have that inferiority complex at the back of your mind and present yourself who can be taken for a ride with a humble and fake attitude ,you are bound to be treated differently not only in BA but can also happen in our own IA or AI airlines.(Check out m...y review on the same).Its high time people step up their attitude and move forward from colonial slave hangover rather than just cribbing and bearing whatever is dished out at you.Good review , I agree BA is a good airline Read More

I am really sorry if I have come across as a snob disrespecting others views,particularly kaajal,angel and ptmouse.IT is just the way I talk,I better mend it before I write my other reviews. Kaajal,infact I dont even remember your name until I saw your comment. It was just the general view I got aft...er reading many reviews and comments on MS. Thanks dhavelk for adding your views on the same. As for racial I reiterate again people have a big inferiority complex.As for airhostess why would any (sane person) one be rude without any reason?This is exactly the point I am trying to convey The story mentioned in the many reviews are one sided and doesnt give the incidents that actaully led to the nasty showdown.Airhostess meet thousands of blacks and browns every week and they cant afford to have that racist attitude with everyone one of them if they wish to survive in the profession.It just boils down to the mannerisms and behaviour of an individual.DO you think there is no such thing in our own IA,before analysing foriegn airlines? I am no expert in aviation field,but I get to hear many strange stories from my sis who is an airhostes in BA (and previously in SIA)and the reasons/expalnations behind it,and when I fly I feel how true those explanations are.For eg,the delays, the ticketing issues, some crude aristrocratic behaviour of passengers etc( One simple eg, Some start demanding for beer even before it takes off ,and drink like hell as though they have never tasted it in their whole life and somepoint crew has to stop serving it for the safety ,I can just give hundreds of such egs ).Please kaajal dont take offense it was never aimed at you or anyone in particular. Infact this is my personal observations and also of my sis who is an airhostess in BA,and I get to hear all funny stories from her ,and the wierd assumptions people have,especially related to racism.
