The CNBC does lack the depth of business coverage. It just relies on hyped up 'hot' news for people to watch and ad money flowing in. Basically, there are not much of good news in today's business, so you tend to have the tendency to hype little achievements.
But the fact about phaneesh does no...t stop at advertising but he himself opting for an out-of-court settlement with plaintiff and joined futuresoft. These buggers will be glorified and a lot of guys like CNBC bask on their success.
Have you noticed, the american edition is very insightful on business pertaining to US. Why cant that value be brought into indian business.

Though your revu makes a relaxed read, there is one fundamental thought which seems to be at the back of your mind. I may be wrong. But I know the following:

Events do not make up for a phenomenon. NEVER.
That appli...es to all peple abetting terrorism whether it be sri lanka, kashmir, chechenya, middle east - anywhere.
Its only a matter of time junta realizes this and stop use religion as a tool to disturb peace.

But I will have to point out one thing.
If I buy a TDK audio cassette, I buy because I get good recording on a tape which I can hear for 5 years. Thats the value I will get for 55 bucks spent.

If I get into a bus of a operator, I get into a bus (private scenario) which has convienient timings, comfortable seats.

If I get into a short duration flight air plane (domestic flights are max 2.5 hours), The first thing I will see is seating comfort, timings, uniform airline food and NOT BECAUSE THE HOSTESS SMILES AND ENGAGES YOU IN SMALL CONVERSATIONS. I hate to make conversations with strangers to further *their* business interest.
Smiling, Flirting, decently dressed everything is OK but my value for the 6K I spend in flying to Bombay would be comfortable seats and not some one tryingto smile at me. If that was the requirement, that would be best satisfied in so many other places and not in an airplane.
Your review was a nice write up though.
Companies like Jet and Sahara *CHEAT* indians by cramping more seats and maximising profits. Thats a fact in which ever way you put that.

Single word to describe Pajero. Thats it. I have been driving Pajero for 8 continous months in nepal and I tell you what, it is definetely not worth 40L. Its worth may be 15L full stop.
The chassis tweaks, suspension fails after about an year in wild roads. The engine starts to develop some n...oise after 5th month.
Its a good SUV nevertheless but not worth the hype or cost. I preferred Land Cruiser of Toyota for reliability and maintenance over a period of time.

Being repetetive and sounding philosophical is a characteristic of Ayn Ran. In between you will find glimpses of truth hidden in mundane paragraphs. I tell you what Ayn Ran is like this only. Atlas shrugged is a better novel of her.
You need to read in between lines to fish out excellent think...ing of the author. Though the person appreciating Ayn Rnd will usualy be matured than to be carried away by novels.....

I had the privilege of watching them live in France during world cup 98 (luck not to be there in final)

Lovely write up. Well, add a bit of motorcycling (in highways), Clicking snaps every weekend (followed by processing yourself) some travel to nearby attraction every quarter and major purchase of a household item a year makes my life.
All my college buddies are in US and in some far off cities, ...so that is a luxury for me.

I thought all the points comes naturally anyways one joke to lighten you up.
Do you know why Toasters are white generally.
In a wedding ceremony, a young boy will ask his mom 'Why the bride is dressed in white' The mom replies 'That is to show the world,our bride is pure and pristine like the... color white' Not satisfied the boy asks the same question to his dad and gets the reply 'Son! All household items _usually_ come in white.

I would like to point out that while MSN messenger uses SOCKS4 proxy, a normal HTTP proxy is sufficient for yahoo messenger. This means you can use Yahoo messenger behind a firewall through reverse proxy. This means you can chat in office using yahoo and not via ICQ, MSN etc.
That to us is a gr...eat plus point. Spending times usefully in office :-))

Thunderbird rocks. I own a bullet and enjoyed cruising. Thunderbird is one hell of a machine. Royal enfield is crap when it comes to spares. Dont go to authorised service centres. Get a *goog* trusted road side mechanic. He would do a great job on bullet.
