Firstly here's my Relaince internet connection Customer Acc num:100111326219 I took this internet connection (biggest mistake even after knowing how good reliance service was) since Airtel couldn't, as the ports were full
Reliance worked fine for exact 10 days (and then the cheque was realised), 11 th day the line went down, I placed a request and amazingly it was resolved in 2 hours, 12th day again it went down and was rectified again...the story continued for almost 2 months and finally I decide to terminate the connection.
In the short span of 2 months and frequent complaints I was told by the service engineer that my reliance connection was ACCIDENTALLY allocated to some other customer so the lines went dead frequently
In August after too much of frustration I went for disconnection and after waiting for almost 45 mins on the customer care helpline I was told that the request for disconnection was taken, the next day reliance guys came down and REPLACED THE MODEM saying its the modem fault and I was assured (@$$ ured) that the lines will work fine , I agreed to wait for 2 days and the connection worked fine.
In september my connection went dead again, I called up the helpline and I was told that my service was terminated as per the request given in August 09-and I was like..what he hell...you guys replaced the modem ...everythings fine so why did u terminate.. he said we just followed the procedure and disconnected the line.(I was actually glad to hear that)
I asked him whats the final amount to be paid he said as the last bill was already paid so there would be just a rental of 2-3 days for the month of september( again fine by me)
This month I got a bill of Rs 2, 094.18, when called customer care they are unable TO SEE THE BILL in there sytem - Isn't that a wonderful surprise for Diwali ?
