Hi,
I was given the phone of my choice by my mother as a gift.
Really, it is a great product. With nice camera, good feature, faster OS and sleek looks. I was getting same features on Sony Ericsson in less money, but having used 2 phones of nokia and trusting the brand, we bought N 70 in 12th April 2006.
But my bad luck, the phone started malfunctioing after 7 days. I gave it to Nokia Care centre from 21st April 2006. Till now, I haven;t received any phone from Nokia, even after their assurances that I will be getting a swapped handset.
Well, what now. I have, in the end, registered the case with consumer forum and waiting for the day of my case.
But all this has left me with one question. CAN WE TRUST NOKIA LIKE WE USED TO, NOW?????
