I just said it's a popular quick-fix. I didn't make it the quick-fix it is. Perhaps advertising did!

Yes, this is a classic! It wasn't a very big hit when it was released - but the music is wonderful. A sensitive tale well told and well portrayed by the actors. The stark simplicity of the production stands testimony to the fact that great performances can indeed make a film work.

Yes, yes, yes... I know exactly what you're talking about! Great album, terribly underrated and largely unheralded. Do read my review on it. Keep writing!

I don't think it's ever been about Health - it's more about the sheer convenience, speed and ease of preparation. It's a popular quick-fix. We all know it isn't healthy... she said chomping on her bowl of potato chips :)

Poor BBQ Nation - they will derive no satisfaction or benefit from your words of praise only because your review is posted under HDFC Bank. :D

What happens when a fuddy-duddy Sarkaari organisation tries using technology that it seems to know absolutely nothing about? I am an MTNL Broadband Internet user in Delhi. Of late, these low-tech babus have started using pop-ups to market their services. The problem is that our technologicall...Read more

That's an interesting point you make about their Facebook activity. They just don't seem to get social media. What is the use of a FB page if you don't want to hear what your customers have to say about your product/brand? Strange! Thank you for your review. I won't touch this with a bargepole!

There is a lot of back-patting and self-congratulation by Delhi Metro about how “world-class” they are. Anybody who has used a metro/underground rail service anywhere in the world(particularly in Europe) will tell you otherwise. And I am not referring to all those snags and hold-ups that have be...Read more

How do guys like this remain in business with a track record like this? Thank God for sites like MouthShut that enable us to warn each other about cheats like these. On a broader topic - is there really a decent Internet Service Provider in India? I've tried all the usual suspects and burnt my fi...ngers with awful service, technical glitches, false promises and inflated bills only to finally settle for that crusty old known Devil: MTNL.Read More

In a world in which super-hits from blockbuster movies are forgotten in six months or less, where Kolaveri D fades from public recall even as quickly as it set in, where we keep deleting files from our Hard Disks to make room for new music, an album like Barson Huey still has followers, fans and col...lectors! I am very excited by the news that two more albums are in the pipeline. Please share the names of albums so that I can keep track of them. Would HATE to miss them. Keep writing!Read More

Hi Sarvesh! Yeah, my favourite too is Barson Huey. It wins hands down. If you rate songs across three broad parameters: lyrics, melody and musical backing, this song gets full marks in all three categories. It is an amazing piece. Deepika

I am not a Bengali (as my name clearly indicates) but I have several Bengali friends. It was through them that I first heard about Bhoomi. As a voice trainer, I always stress the critical importance of practicing if you are, or want to be, a singer. The voice is a muscle and if you don't exercise it, it atrophies. Singers must realise that their voice is their biggest asset - and if they don't use it, they run the risk of losing it...Read more
