Instead I plate nuts and seeds and some good quality fats .
I make sure I get enough protein and definitely not stuff like Maggi, atta or no atta
I use a lot of walnuts, cashews and almonds other than some fruits and dry fruits with green veggies .
I keep my added sugar around 5-6 teaspoons a day max.
maggi went out of the window when maturity set in, it doesn't exist for me anymore.
