I had a tikona connection. For every 2 min the connection breaks up. You cant do a small work. Leave downloading. Browsing if made possible, will be a big thing.
Called up the customer care. No proper response, really very careless. Finally closed the connection. paid all the bills. returned the device also. After few days we get a notice from Delhi High court saying we had to pay some bills and a complaint has been registered.
Called the customer care and they give an answer saying we didn't return the device.
When the person came to take the device we asked him for a receipt. He said its not required and finally we had to pay 1600.BIG CHEATERS. NEVER GO FOR THIS BROADBAND.
