I am a very old user of hdfc bank.I am having a saving account with these bank and I own both debit and credit card.
The minimum balance limit is too high for these bank but they also provides that kind of good service.
I am a regular online buying customer and whenever I buy something from snapdeal or flipkart, most of the times I get offers like 5 or 10 percent off if I use hdfc bank debit or credit card.
By using credit of hdfc bank even I can buy any product on EMI.last time I bought a mobile phone on EMI with zero intrest.
Apart from all these the customer care service is amazing.they always help us whenever we need them.but the only drawback is they don't have a toll free customer care number. every time I call I have to pay for d call.
But overall I am happy to have a account with hdfc bank.
