Very prompt in demanding payment, very lax in delivering customer service - that, sadly, is the essence of Tata Sky. Look at the reviewers verdict up there: a pathetic 27% approval rating across close to 900 reviews. Nobody's happy - but more importantly, Tata Sky doesn't care!
