Very poor work and response!!

We have invested on the property VIRAT ELEGANT believing the builder assurance with the quality of VIRAT group. We have purchased the flat around 2 years back , at the time of purchase the outer finishing of the flat amazed us and with the believe in builder's assurance we invested on the flat but after 6 months only the reality of the flat started coming of the home accessories and fittings used in the flat are of poor and ill quality . Even after repetitive complaints and follow up , there has been no response from the builder. Also at the time of purchase the builder assured us that he will be providing us proper parking and on fair bases but neither the construction is proper nor the justice has been done at parking allotment, it was completely partial on payment basis. The builder is completely a fake promise maker and ill builder . It would be a complete wastage of money to invest on the VIRAT GROUPS.

Since there are many pending cases of final payment of the earlier loans that many of the builders have taken previously. This has led to increased cases of confusion and conflict among the builders and many of the banks that used to previously fund these developers.

There have been more than 15 breakdowns in less than a year at this place and it is just not worth staying at this place so I would say that you avoid staying at this property because they have used poor quality construction materials.

Water transport services are not in place and the supply is not 24 by 7 which leads to general resentment among the buyers concerning proper hygiene along with availability of clean and fresh water for drinking and cleaning services.

They delayed the possession by months and yet they had no courtesy of giving us the interest that they are supposed to give us.

It has been seen that During the mall’s peak shopping seasons, the shoppers have no options to park their cars at the zoo and this is the basic cause of mismanagement services that needs to be improved.

My father is currently running a company in which the building was constructed by the vira? build home as it is one of the best builder available in the city of Jaipur the customer service is great of this builder. They offer the services which are acceptable by the customer. The staff of the builders are very talented and are very experienced. They know the best and efficient wait of doing a particular tasks. The product implementation rate are also not so high and the rate are average and are affordable in comparison woth other builders available in the city. Overall the builder - vira? build home is a great builder and one must trust the builder. I will prefer the same.

Our new champion was buy a flat on Mumbai city it was construction process it was very high building ?? to develop a builder it's sea VIEW awesome interior design & well high call people only stay there some of the stars was booking for a flat ? in that building.

Halli friends in this review I will show you reality of virat build home . Friends this builder Mr Vivek chaturvedi is really a smart guy with some guts . 8 years before no one knows this builder but now he is a known one. His customer service is better then other builders I have faced but in some aspects he is not so good. The biggest problem is staff courtsey his staff is sort of not professional they behave like from village . His biggest achievment in my view is that he keepa his promise he always handover the flat on time .

The Project is well connected with access to Hospitals, Railway Stations. But is far from Bus Stops, Metro Stations. . This project is recommended for people who use car more frequently for commuting its qualiy so nice so pls visit any persons in builders site I am happy so good work
