Dear Friends,

VKC developers is a very unprofessional business. I booked one flat in Chowrasia Pride and then cancelled the booking. It has been 18 months, they did not refund my booking amount. I have done followups over 100 times. But no results. Please think several times before booking a property from them. They will just disappear with your money.

Never book a property from VKC developer.

These guys are big cheaters, do not fall in their trap.While booking they gives all false commitments.

Once you paid the money you will not get it back for sure.They have cheated me a huge amount of money.

all these good review comments are added by their employees and I was trapped by looking at the same.

These guys are very unprofessional once you paid the money they change all their words they committed.

I lost my money but I want to make others aware of it so that they will not lose. Please Inquiry about their projects, you will find all of their projects are in development from last 7-8 years.Their flats are not selling in any of their apartment but they always trap the customer by saying only few units are available and force customer to book it at earliest so that once they get the money you can not escape.

Just to make you aware, don't buy any property from VKC as they are not registered with RERA. it is mandatory for any developer to register existing and upcoming projects with RERA. It just shows the intent of this road side builder. Customers will not get any protection under RERA. Otherwise as well, VKC is totally unprofessional and their motto is to loot unsuspecting customers and deliver horrible quality. What is Quality by the way.

Hi, I bought a flat from vkc developer's under their project chaurasia manor phase 2. After booking the flat, I felt it good for money. It has got good construction quality .Very good investment. Go for it.it's near to Marathali and Whitefield. This apartment has all luxurious amenities.

I was searching for a flat near to ORR . I checked many projects but the construction quality of VKC builders was better than others. So I decided and booked my flat in end of March. Since my flat was not ready, I had to chase few people, but they responded well and got my house ready to move in within 3 months.

I recommend VKC Chourasia Phase 2 in case anyone is interested to buy budget flat near ORR.

I have booked my appartment in March and have moved in recently. The location is very good as it is hardly 1 km from outer ring road. Construction quality is also good. If anyone is looking for decent budget home near outer ring road, I would recommend to visit Chourasia Manor 2.

VKC developers is the worst builder I have ever seen in Bangalore. By reading my review you could understand the ground reality. please read all reviews before buying and distinguish the fake review and real review.

1) I have bought flat in Chourasia manor phase 2 nearly 2 years back. Still it is in under construction since 6 years and builder is claiming it is ready to occupy. Go n check the real ground reality and they do not have enough workers and have lack of available money to complete project. 2) They do not respond to Reg customer mail and not even replying. 3) there is no mom after the each meeting and after repeated reminder from the customer side they are not responding to their mail. 4) They keep pending few works in each flats and forcing customers to register the flat and after registration you need to follow of with them and still you problem will not be solved. because they do not have sufficient money to complete the project. 5) people started leaving there in feb 1st week 2017 without permanent electric meter but still there is no official wards for permanent electricity. reason BESCOM  guys not allowing as the project is uncompleted. lots of issues with this builder and still they do not learn from their past wrong doings. My question is simple one thing what is motivating you to buy this project because the builder wont respond to his own customers once you are in the VKC. They wont respond mail and wont send any commitment letter to customers. before you bought double check with any person who bought they buy. Still there is not words when to complete the project from builder side. MD is hiding from customers and there is no co-ordination with sells team and management team.  if Still  it motivates you then buy this project and make your life hell there.

I am thankful to VKC developers for helping me to achieve one of my dream. They have handed over my home as per their commitment. Materials and bathroom fittings are really good. I just moved in my flat in Chourasia Manor Phase 2. It has been nice feeling at above par quality of build and prompt attention from VKC team.

Location of the properties, mostly all sites near ORR is a plus for VKC Developers.

Certain things did need bit more professional hands, but affordable price tag is the most attractive factor.

When Reality sector is bearish, delivering good quality homes is certainly commendable for VKC team.

Hi,

I bought a flat from vkc developer's under their project chaurasia manor phase 2.

After booking the flat, I felt it worth for money. It has got good construction quality when compared to other construction sites and rates.

I booked my apartment on 1st january 2017 and it is nearly in phase of possession, hoping to shift by april end, as promised.

I would suggest people can go for vkc develoeprs, if they plan to invest.

We were planning to purchase a flat in bangalore, when we started doing some research and visiting projects in finalizing a flat for purchase.

On one occasion we visited the VKC Developers construction site Chaourasia MAnor Phase 2. We were very impressed with the quality of the materials used. The staff were very open to answering all our queries and guided us through all the process that would be required in the process of purchasing the flat.

We ended up booking a flat with them, and recommend them to few of my friends. We have got handover of our flat. The experience with them was very good. They were always responding to us, if we contacted them.

After a long search I am extremely happy to book my own house in Bangalore at Chaurasia Signature. Perfect location, Perfect price and I am extremely happy to interact with VKC developer's team. We are recently bought the flat at Chourasia Manor 2 and we are exterely happy about it. We showed interest of buying this flat in Oct 2016 and we got the possession in Jan 2017. We wanted some changes in our flat in spite of technical challenges they have solved the problem very easily. All the staff member are very friendly and coopartive. They check frequently are we facing any problem and slove it immediatly. We are happy to be a part of VKC Family.

We recently booked an apartment in chourasia Signature, Koramangala, very good project in the main location with reasonable price.Site Representative Mr Mithlesh was explaining the project details and future benefits. Eagerly waiting for moving to my own house . I recommending u guys to visit their project once before buying any other apartment in and around koramangala, project has been approved by all leading banks

My brother got a flat from this builder; initially they used all the usual sugar quoted words while buying. gradually representatives whom we were touch based started swapping one after the other, and we had to explain the issues right from the beginning. Eventually they started violating all the commitments that they had provided, eg, . they say doing tiles work will no more be done and it shall be done at your effort, and for slightest alteration work, charging more than 75000,

Now that, the builder lacks decent amount of respect to talk to us. this has been a pathetic and horrendous experience in buying a property with this builder.

advise none to choose a builder like this, because for customers like us, home is a dream come true, for them it is not the case.

kindly refrain from investing into such unprofessional builders who lack commitment.

Nightmare started when I booked my flat with them at Chaurasia Manor 2 in 2013. The project is still under construction with no sight of completion(March'2017). Although I have registered my flat but never heard of any builder asking for 10, 000 per month for electricity to do interiors. They are a bunch of cheaters who will speak to you very nicely when you book or go to meet but only they know how to fraud you.

VKC staff is very polite on face till you agree with them, but the day you start asking them questions/clarifications you get to see these peoples true side. A builder who does not have any ethics so much so all my complaints to CREDAI were passed on to VKC directly by CREDAI and in turn I was targeted.

Please do visit their past projects(including Manor 2) before even paying them 1 Re.

I made a wrong choice and I hope and wish that people who invest in this builder read this and take a wise decision. I would not like anyone else being affected by this builder like me.

Chourasia manorcomes with all contemporary lifestyle amenities like a fully equipped clubhouse a swimingpool, a gymnasiun and  more all round of an ambience that is blissfully   and yet readily accessible which is why at chourasia manor we say.

I really feel so happy by the developers and the rate what they coat is of very reasonable

They were always quick to respond to all of our nervous emails, patient. As we went through house hunting, we found out about them and we got THE house, They put together a fantastic package for us

UPDATE: My issue was resolved, so the review no longer holds good. I am trying to get this review deleted.

My case is different. I was a tenant in their phase 1 apartment on 5th floor. The apartment was not sold to anyone, it was directly put on rent by the builder. I stayed for 4 years. Before leaving, I notified one month in advance. Its now more that two months, I haven't got my advance deposit amount.

He has cheated the customers like anything, he doesn't have any ethics he says something and does other thing he has never delivered the work on time even after getting 95% of the payment

Now people are doubtful about his land ownership .

I booked a apartment in Chourasia Manor Phase 2, every thing looks fine till here, got the legal papers checked made the agreement though most of the points in agreement are in favour of the builder.

I booked as it is close to my work place. I hope they give it in time as promissed  december 2015 with comencement certificate and occupancy certificate .If I have any bad experience in future, will keep posted
