V3S Indralok, Delhi

Last year, my one of the relatives residing in Delhi had decided to buy a house. Someone has suggested the name of V3S Indralok to them, they gone there and impressed with their support and services. This was the biggest mistake of our relative to make a decision of buying house from this builder as they charge more money compared to others for the property.

They realized their mistake within just few months and in a year know that their house is not made from reliable and long lasting construction materials.

2 years ago my uncle had own a house a house with them. price of the flat was a bit high but the amenities provided in their home was not upto the mark. but the services and support given to him at the time of purchase of house was too good and helpful.

Overall they made him satisfied with their services at the initial stage. but after one year there started some leaking from the ceiling. and its getting worse day by day. hoping they will rectify the issue very soon.

This builder is highly  unethical , their staff is so unprofessional , it has been the greatest mistake of my life to book a flat with V3S Indralok , they had promised to provide a chimney and gas while I booked a flat with them but at the time of possession they denied to give these items to me , when I asked for these things they said they would cancel my allotment if I argue with them.

I had to fight with these guys to take possession. The possession was delayed for 6 months even now my flat is not complete , it is so hard to deal with guys, I had an experience of dealing with builders earlier as well but v3S indralok is the worse. They have no professional experience.V3S is their first project and these guys do not have any idea on how to manage a residential project.

Every one who has booked a flat in v3S is pissed of with these guys !!
