They did not make any draft copy of the agreement that we could review and sign and that shows their lack of professionalism because buyers should get time to review the agreement
High maintenance fee.

They keep demamding fees for every small little thing and when the maintenance fee is already so high, I do not see the point in doing this.
The possession is delayed.

They clearly have no intention of giving us any houses because it has been years since we booked a flat with them yet we git no house in exchange and this is horrible.
Need to build several high-end restaurants

High end restaurants are very poorly occupied in this area. Accordingly, the area has poor liveability score. Since there are very less good eating and dining facilities, people prefer to stay abreast with locations that cater to their needs as and when they need it so as to go out to eat and live.
Cannot use the terrace.

We cannot use the terrace for our entertainment puprose and this is unfair because we cannot use a common area even though everybody should have equal rights to the common areas.
No electricity supply and water supply yet.

We have just shifted to the place and there is no electricity supply and water supply at the place for now and this has caused us so many problems.

Recently I heard about the North Town project coming near Perambur. I got an idea of investing in it, so I gave a call to  the sales department as mentioned in Unitech website. In turn they gave a mobile number of one of the representatives.

I was really annoyed by the way the representative replied, it was a Sunday, usually the day we get to spend time on these matters, the representative picked up the phone and when I asked him the detail of the project, he replied "Don;t you know this Sunday", I got really pissed of I just disconnected the phone. But anyway I feel really happy, what would have happened if I invested in this project, which has such a arrogant idiots as there employees.

But strangely after that I got calls from UNITECH for another month or so.

I politely turned down those marketing calls. I really dont feel like investing in the project
