After exploring so many projects I found The Weave is my end of search. It's a wonderful project.

Initially I was little hesitant to go for this project as it was stalled for some time, got delayed & and about reviews. After visiting the project I noticed it's a very good project. checked the legal documents everything is fine. The construction & materials they use are good quality materials & alot of progress is happening , the project is nearby possession. As a investor we can expect good appreciation also.

I really liked the project and appreciate the team Weave for well designed flats all are corner flats with natural lights and good ventilation. Huge balconies and wide windows. Pet friendly society and has very good amount of open spaces round the project.

The project has unique structure with nice elevation also has private terrace, good landscaping has connectivity to tech park , schools, metro & hospitals.

I strongly recommend to those people who are looking for the right place to invest just go with The Weave. Do not go with the overall reviews that you see because the past has not been good but the Weave team has come back so strongly that all the neighbours who stay nearby I know are praising them for their efforts. The project is on track as High Crest Infraa Pvt Ltd has taken over and are completing the project. They came into promise the delivery of the project along with proper documents and they are doing deliver on every commitment they have made.I am now really happy with works going on without compromising on quality. I appreciate High Crest Infraa for taking this project & it's near by possession inspite of so many challenges.

They are a reputed builder yet they have no proper planning! They do not follow up with their customers and take such a huge time to get back when we have any queries! I have had to pay a late fee because of their ignorant customer service respresentatives.

Every member of the society must have equal access to the common areas like the terrace, but over here only the builder has given one of his favorite members the key to the terrace and he does not allow anyone else to use the terrace for their entertainment purpose, which is quite irritating because we pay maintenance and we have equal rights to the property.

The maintenance fee at this place is really high and they do not give us the amenities and facilities that are needed so I am wondering why the maintenance fee is so high.

There have been many developers who have not been credible enough with a consistent past record which possibly showcases how the developers lack the trust factor to deliver projects in a timely basis. Also quality standards is not promised of.

During the rains it becomes impossible to live here because there are too many seepages through the ceiling and the flood water enters the building.

They want to know each and every little detail about the changes that we make in our house, so they will tell us to show them the designs. So much interference cannot be appreciated by anybody.

Many immigrants who have laid down a competition in job hunting among the already living residential professionals has led to many people fearing to increase their budget range for purchasing an expensive flat that is suited to bought after re-development. This has led to many people undergo the mental stress due to cut off in the salary budget ranges.

We are mentally exhausted because it has been years since we have got our possession! Buying a flat with them has got to be the worst decision of my life!

We were duped because the builder told us that they is only this one flat available and this flat is absolutely the one with a bad view and bad ventilation! Later, we came to know that there were other flats available as well!

A close friend ended up burning his hard earned money in this property and no one else should be in the trap of these bullies. Unethical, unprofessional and ridiculous staff.

Project was sold as 4 floors and later changed to 7 floors, They kept fooling by saying- "waiting for approvals"

The staff refuses to acknowledge your calls and all that you can do is dread the money going down the drains.

One of the worst developers in Bangalore, I have booked 2BHK flat in WEAVE project in 2015 promising house possession would be given by June 2018. All my bank loan and 10% of booking amount have been taken by this builder and my EMIs staring 2017. For my surprise just 10 floor slabs have raised and there is no sign of progress since 3 months from now, there was also protest opposite their Sheshadripuram Bangalore office since they haven't paid wages to their laborers.

I request people to avoid taking any further flats from this fraud builder as I'm a victim of this. If anyone has purchased flats in WEAVE please contact me @ srihari186@gmail.com as we can form a group and fight aginst these fraudsters.
