I am victim of TVH, buying a flat in TVH Park Rozalia.  We prefer calling it "Park Rozalia" as we do not want to carry their name. They promised us with a brochure full of greenery and amenities split into two phases. The first phase is completed and handed over 5 years back. They did not start the second phase and did not provide the common amenities as promised in the brochure and even listed in the agreement.
All of a sudden they sold part of the land in phase II to someone else and made good money.  They are now planning to construct more houses that were marked as open space in the brochure with new apartments.
They lured customers by showing 60% open space and greenery. Then they sold 30% of that space to someone else and now planning to build new apartments in 20% of the remaining space Leaving us with only 10%. Greedy or can we say double greedy. What an idea sirji and what a fool we are. All these time, the promised indoor playing area and community hall were not provided and we have completed 5 years of living there already.
There are many technical flaws in the way they have carried out the project. Even after 5 years of completion, the project has issues with water supply, sewage disposal, leaks, seepage issues and what not.  Their water supply is so flawed, that it consumes 50% more water than any other apartment of that size.  They did nothing to sort it out.
Do not think of buying from TVH.  If you are unfortunate to have booked one already, check all your documents. Check if you have an approved plan. If NO, don't even think, just cancel it.  If you have the approved plan, but is not in line with the brochure, think twice before proceeding further with your plan. If you have not bought one, just erase their name from your books.
