Transcity developers are faking the it for decade now.Trans Pragathi layout malmachnahallii is not RERA approved you can check in RERA website .Please refund our amount with interest because you people are faking it for more than 10yrs now.

Is there any one who can lead me how to recollext the amount ????

I've purchased site in TransPragathi malmachnahallii, they said its going to be developed within 5yrs but still it's difficult to find Pragathi layout address no board is displayed and not even a road is connected to layout. No bus facilities also hoskote jangama kote circle is last stop and after that it is remote place.. Thinking of why did I invested?

After reaching there the site numbers have been removed and they have growing plants over there.

When I contactedthe site engineer manjunathand office front office they said It's taking time to develop after 10yrs.

I've invested without in transcity project without any good service or any profit it's waste of time and when asked for reselling the site they are not confident to purchase it back or provide client for the same.

If they are not confident of their own projects how we have to trust and invest in remote place without any profit.

Nobody is there to take action or developand not even anybody is Ready to invest or reinvest in project.

All the good Remarks are fake and given by their own staff not one genuine customer has given good review. I say this becauseI've contacted the other site purchased owner who is not at all satisfiedwith transcityservice.

How many projects are RERA approved or it comes under Akrama Sakrama??????

We paid them 2.15L in 2014 for a 30x40 site for a project called Trans Prakruthi

Until a year ago they were responding to calls, now no one answers. We are frustrated waiting.

Recently they have started hiring PR firms to make fake posts to improve their online image.

I request you to fall into their scam.

Transcity Developers is really a good real estate land developers of Bangalore. They crafted so may good residential project in Bangalore, which is good for investment or you can also reside with your family there.

Well no doubt this builder holds a good reputation in real estate sector but their are some things which need to be clear more, before presenting anything to customers. I am satisfied with their project site but not with sales guy. He is so overconfidence and commits a lot of thing. I hope when I actually reside there all the things which he committed would be real.

I don't know writing positive or genuine review on this platform is a good initate or not. But I found that this website only support negative reviews or negativism, as I see many review which are having positive information were marked fake, but negative information review haven't been marked fake.

But I have to tell my experience, so I am writing this review in this platform. Couples of day earlier I visited Trans Magnolia in Devanahalli Bangalore, to see if their are plots available or not and also found out that peoples who are living their are happy with their investment or what are the facilities available here.

When I reached their in Morning 10AM I had words with localities who are living their. They told me place is good as I see it is surrounded with greenery having parks open areas and facilities like 24/7 water and electricity.

There were some shops also 2 -3 plots are empty their. I don't find any negativity with Trans Mangolia. I also contacted with Transcity sales person for the procedure to buy a plot here. He talk very politely later I also visited his office.

I have been looking a residential property and searched a lot of society in Bangalore, but when I visit Transcity Orchid Pradise I found that my search end here's. This society is true example of modern architecture and surrounded with lot's of greenery a perfect example to reside with your family.

Did anyone got the refund amount from transcity developers ???

I had booked in orchid paradise , now they are telling they have given it to somebody else.

I booked a plot in orchid paradise and got it registered and received khata by 2015 paying complete money but till date the project is not developed as per their promise and person in charges are not attending the calls. I visited their office in the month of July 2019' but their answers were terribly disappointing. I don't know the future of my investing hard earn money for this project . . . .?!

I have booked a plot in trans pragathi a residential project by transcity developers, and I am very much satisfied with my decision of going with transcity. The rate I got was quite genuine, I paid the full amount and got registration and everything recently. entire process was transparent and I have not faced any problem with this developer.

This company not worth for zero star.

I along with other 8 friends booked 10 sites in this developers in the month of dce' 2013. Paid 30% of the value.

This so called developers cheated us and swindled our hard earned money. Now the Sadashivnagar office is closed. We heard that already many people given complaint against this developers. When we approached Sadashivnagar police station, They collected our agreement papers and said they will inform us They have not given any acknowledgement. So far No information.

I do not know who are all involved in this scam.

We booked plot in transpragathi project in Jan 2014, gave booking amount 1.47L to Shashikala GM and Nandagopal, we visited their office for registration, since the project is not completd we request to refund the amount which they denied and office is closed from past 1month

Transcity developer is fraud company, they taken 1.5 lakh 4 years back, they are not ready to allot any site and repay the amount.

I went to many times to get the my money, they are not fraud commitments

It's 10+years and till now orchid paradise is not having all amenities fully functional

we customers of Trancity Developers with few interested site owners had pooled money and forming association

I had booked a plot with "Transcity Developers" under "Trans Prakruthi" project. This booking was done in December 2013 and I had paid the 30% of site amount during the booking.

Plot and payment details are as follows:

Developer: Transcity

Project: Trans Prakruthi

Plot measurement: 30 X 50(1500 Sq ft)

Payment: 30% of site amount paid on 27-Dec-2013

Project Location:Malmachanahalli Village,Jangamakote Hobli,Siddlagatta Taluk,Chikbalapura District

Since the date of booking, there is no progress done on the project. And the developer has been telling us that the project is pending for the DC conversion.

We have been continuously following up with the Transcity developer team asking for the project status. And every time they told us that it is pending approval.

When we realized the delay in the project, we approached their GMs(ex GM: Shashikala and current GM: Bhaskar) for cancellation/withdrawal.

But each time they consoled us saying approval is almost done and we will be calling for the registration in 3-4 months.

That 3-4 months of duration have turned to 4.5 years by now and still no progress done on the project.

The developer never showed us any documents related to the property, though we had asked for it several times.

On January 2018, I applied for the plot cancellation/withdrawal as I am in need of money for my father-in-law's medical treatment.

The Transcity developer took my application and collected original agreement and payment receipts from me saying the refund will happen in 3 months.

Now the 3 months of duration is completed but there is no sign of refund!

Every time we do the followup asking for money, there is no proper response from the developer. I have even spoken to its MD Ravi.

The response is very poor and they keep on postponing the payment despite our medical emergency.

And recently I have discovered that the Trans Prakruthi project application has rejected in RERA Karnataka.

And also all other projects of this developer like Trans Aakruthi, Trans Keerthi, Trans Pragathi, Trans Prasiddhi, Trans Spoorthi are under investigation and RERA Karnataka recommends NOT to BUY any property under those projects.

So it is clear that the Transcity developer never made any successful project and fooling the public by keeping their hard earned money for years.

I would like to demand the refund with interest(10% per year), for keeping my heard earned money such a long time. And not cooperating for the refund despite my family's medical emergency.

I have booked 2(30x40) plots in trans spoorthi last three years back.whenever I was contacting their executives and managers they said still not yet approval came due to some issues in  grama panchayath . inlast last month their CRM team called me and do for registration I was shocked and I have visited the project all development is going on.

For this message I am conveying everyone transcity developers employees delaying the project but not cheated me . I have done registration also last week.

Dear Friends I have booked the 2 plots in transprakruthi on Nov 2014 and paid 35% of amount as advance and as per shashikala(Gm of the company) madam promised to.me that plots will be registered with in 3 months from date of agreement but till now they have not registered the plots and till now there no development in the site which they have shown to me on day of site visit still it is a empty land So I request to each and every one who ever read this complaint please don't book/buy with this developers there totally unprofessionals and please keep word of mouth about this cheating company to your friend and relatives its a humble request from my side

Yesterday, I visited Trarnscity developers office to know the full information regarding Trans Gardenia and quite surprised to see that this project have lots many luxurious amenities that the project boasts are Exclusive Overhead Tank And Bore Wells For Water Supply, Underground Box type Drainage System, Sewerage Connections, Electricity With Streetlights And Avenue Lights, Tree Lined Avenues etc. And I must say I am really impressed with all these facilities.

Well, their is no dought that Transcity Developers is one of the best land developers of Bangalore. Also their all residential project are good for investment. Their projects are good for investment & you can buy plot at very reasonable rates from them.
