The owners are not so concerned about the negotiation of the flat prices and this leads to general resentment among the buyers who are looking forward towards buying flats. When the deal does not proceed towards effective negotiation, it shows a lack of interest in the builder to close the deals.

It has been observed since the past few days that Parking within a reasonable walking distance up to 3 blocks has become very hard to find and that is very true to find worth accommodating during specific times of the day.

These builders have caused me such feelings of anger and displeasure like I have never experienced in my life! They are reputed builders and you would not expect such a thing from them, but they delayed the possession for 3 years and used poor quality ingredients for construction, which is causing us so many problems

We did not get the copy of approved plans, society registration documents and conveyance of deed land, so I would definitley say that something is wrong!

The metro enterprises  Hyderabad is giving salary is very  well. And it is a very biggest enterprises  in india. And it is give a incentives for achieve a targets in store. It is offered on good products for, who is working in this store. In metro has a very good skilled and working persons.

And it is a biggest shopping store in Hyderabad in nagole Hyderabad  opposite of the metro rail way depot nagole Hyderabad. That is biggest and new store near uppal Hyderabad. Salaries is giving to employes in every month in a/c to a/c transferring

Hi frindes that we alredy know most le about this metro enter prices the at first it look a very good apperince that we seen the I wish the work of the metro show get finesh it very soon and the charges of the metro should not get incresed are not get rase or fall it may take some burden on publice the metro enter prises should take a specal attention on all the public and the terms and conditon should be applayed on the person the metro enter prises and the charges should be reniable so that the common man can also get use it comfertable

At first impression the project looks attractive for the price they are offering. But the plight of customers who bought their plot here is pathetic. They promise to complete the construction in one year, but it always extends beyond two years, that too if we follow up with them every day.

The construction materials used is of low quality and the workers are not at all skilled. They go for cheap labour.

There is lot of differences among contractor, builder and engineer. Finally the customer suffers.

I will not recommend this for you. We are undergoing lot of mental stress and frustration after buying property here.
