It's 100% biggest fraud builder with all fake promises. Be alert!! Stay away from such cheaters if you are looking to buy property in mumbai... Their staff are big liers. Take legal action s against company. Residents of Vakola village still facing genuine problems. Not providing agreement papers and OC to may people since long time.

Builder is foolish only taking advantage of the people and not giving them proper facility.For example not giving prper square feet room and also interior designing is made horrible that peole are getting irritated.Also this builders are not so popular that people not knw much more about it.

Their project plan is not good as compare ti other builders and also staff courtesy is so week that they take long to build up the building.
