We booked flat and liked the society open space.

Roads construction also will start soon..as every new area tools some time to develop it will be the best location in future.

Hinjewadi is also not very far .as compared to near societies as well as compared to wakad price space everything is gud in teerth.

We loved the open space a lot... :)

Last week I have visited Teerth Aarohi a project of Teerth Realties located in Sus. I found this project quite spacious with huge open space and has also got quite big sized flats. The project is in ready possession stage and has got completion certificate too.So looking for suggestions from you all.Should I buy this property or not.please do suggest me.

Excellent people driven with a zeal to achieve excellence specially the sales and marketing team.The legal team was also excellent.Teerth Towers is an excellent society to live in with good amenities.The atmosphere is also great and people are very friendly.People search for house but I got a home.Also I have been living there since last 4 years and the maintenance team of Teerth towers has been excellent in their approach and style of work.The construction quality is excellent and I am happy to say that there was not a single maintenance complaint.

I booked a flat in Teerth Towers.The sales and marketing team was excellent in their approach.Also I checked all the legal points before booking.There was not a single litigation.The amenities provided in the project are excellent and construction quality is also excellent.

Teerth towers is a society which is located in sus locality of pune. I was a tenent therte for 3 years and it is the worst society I have ever lived in and the road which connects the society with the road is worst its been 4 years and the road has not been constructed yet. I have never seen a builder like this in my whole life people should file a case against him for not doing so and the builder even fooled so many people, he even has not constructed the society properly. sp may leakages are there in the society and continuosly a smell comes in the society which is unbearable.

I have bought a flat in this scheme in 2008 with possession date in 2010 No possession till Nov 2014 and don't know when we will get the possession. Builder has taken 100% Payment.

Other issues:

1. 
   Builder increasing the scope of the projects by adding new buildings and adding more floor to existing building.
   



2. 
   Small patch of Road to society is in very bad condition in rainy season difficult to ride bike and impossible to use car. Builder promised to complete the road but he is running away from promise.

Recommend to be away. He has extracted money from flat owners under wrong pretexts and he has kept a team of people in his office to exploit the slightest gaps in the transactions. These points below are the real facts -

1) He has charged lakhs of rupees to flat owners even after NO DUES CERTIFICATE.

2) He has not given covered parking to everyone inspite of follow ups and pleading.

3) He makes flat owners sign a MOU which has tens of points all of which indicate that builder can do whatever he wants in the society. People who have not signed it are NOT given possesion letter yet.

4) He is building additional construction in an area which was earlier proposed as a golf area in the society.

5) Flat owners have big problems about bad service in flat repairs. Ask the flat owners you will know.

6) I am surprised to see other reviews with words like professionalism and Integrity about this builder. These are totally opposite of most flat owners experience.

I work in a company in Baner and was looking for a place near my office. Heard about Teerth Aarohi from my collegue who has booked a flat there. The location and project is good. I liked the greenery around . The homes are also relatively spacious the homes which I have rarely seen in other projects. A lot of facilities have been offered inside. Possession was an important factor for me and happy to know that their giving possession on time. I also liked the view I saw from the balcony. Even my family liked the flat. I am booking 2 BHK and will go and stay as soon as they give the possession.

Hello! I am a 37 year working in an MNC. I recently bought my dream house. I had been struggling for long to find that perfect home. I went for site visits for several projects somehow I felt something was missing in them.

Then I came across Teerth Aarohi on the internet. It is situated in Sus Road near Pashan. I had been on this road a few years ago. I couldnt recognise it now. Its very developed. I contacted the developers and went for a site visit. The project has lots of greenery and location is connected by a good road.

Although it is a little far from the main city area, I actually prefer the peaceful environment. The apartments were spacious and paint and materials being used were of good quality, at least that's what my husband felt so. We both liked the apartment and have gone ahead and booked it. Hopefully we will get possession soon

I would like to promote Recently I bought one flat there are so many specifications and amenities.So many amenities are available in the flat so that I am very happy with the flat.

And it is also approved by several banks and so that I got loan easily and the price of this flat is very less when comparing with other builders.

So I am liking to promote Apartment. You can go yourself to check the builder it seems to be a good project.

I had a tension free dealing with Teerth  when I bought a flat from them in Teerth Towers Had good support from the staff when we wanted to make our own modifications to the interior design. Staffs werealways approachable.

I want to thank the Teerth Towers sales team for their constant support and patience. Teerth Towers is my first investment buy in Pune. Since it was my first buy initially I was a bit reluctant and confused about the developer and the project because the developer is comparatively new and so is the project. I did a little field work to know as to what the others think about the developer and his projects. I got a mixed review about the same and I got all the more confused. I wanted to be absolutely sure about the project before putting in my hard earned money into it. Though I had read a lot of good reviews about the developer and Teerth Towers I wanted something more solid to come to consensus. I had seen few other projects by other developers but was not too happy about either the location or the amenities that they offered. Teerth Towers was amongst the few shortlisted projects that fit my budget. My wife and I zeroed upon Teerth towers since it was closer to me and my wife’s workplace.

I called up the Teeth realty sales office and was pleasantly surprised by the way they handled each of my questions. I got a better idea about the project and also about the various amenities that I would be getting in and around my house, various loan options. The sales team asked me visit the site office, which I did and understood the project better. The sales team was extremely cooperative and were very professional in their approach. I am happy to say that I am a happy owner of my first own home in Teerth Towers and am fully satisfied with my decision.

I simply fell in love with the location though. I frequently travel to Mumbai for business.

Teerth Towers is right near the highway. I will look around a little more before finalizing a project. But so far Teerth is looking good.

This project is actually meeting all of my requirements but still want some more feedback's on this so please provide suggestions.
