Swabhumi Construction and Estate Developers Pvt. Ltd, Kolkata

Recently I brought a flat in dumdum area which is constructed by Swabhumi construction and state development pvt. Ltd kolkata. I have a very poor experience regarding this builder. They used very poor quality row materials for building my flat. And facing some troubles regarding my flat.

One day I found huge amount of water on the floor, which was actually rain water came through the celling from leakage.

Huge amount of iron comes through the water taps.

I found a huge amount of damp scattered over the walls.

So, I like to suggest you don't go for this builder.

I bought three apartments for my entire joint family from them how was my experience I will tell you.i have a water leaking problem with them.

Heavy leakages in Parking lots and Penthouses.

Lifts not working due to water seepage. Even electrical rooms are leaking. If this is what one experiences within a month from possession, one could imagine what the future holds for this project. Passages on all floors are filled with water as there is no proper slope to drain out rain water. Their tall claim of providing 5 year warranty is a hoax.

After sending their team for inspection only after you pay them 750 rupees, they will inform you that this is not a manufacturing defect and hence is not covered under the warranty. I definetly say you think and checked carefully before buying.

I have booked a flat in kolkata from the builder swabhumi builder and developers. I had paid part payment of around Rs.9 lacs .but till date the builder has not developed any thing at the said project.

He is either refunding the mony nor any scope of getting the flat I had tried to contact the builder several time but he is avoiding by saying something or other. Now its almost 2 yrs since I had paid the amount.I had filed a case in consumer court but no action has been taken as there in no judge in the  consumer court from internet and media I came to know that the builder had cheated many other persons.

If there is any person with such grievances with the builder together we can take action.Kindly be in touch so ther we can pressurise to builder and low agencies to take action. I think they need some action to that.dont deal with them
