Check reviews here and on google. Very poor construction quality with lot od of seepage, leakage, drainage issues.

No support after payment, delays possession by years - check that Suyog Space is launched around 2015/16 and look at progress.

Cheats, doesn't form society and opposes society formation by members, no conveyance for over 10 years, asks money even after possession.

Visit his existing projects, observe yourself the pathetic conditions, if you want, talk to residents there and then only decide to put your life savings or future earnings into his hands.

All three partners are cheaters, check their defaulter record in SBI as well.

Do not get lured by low rates, quality will be super low and you'll spend your life in repairing and cursing your decision to buy. Builder will runaway after project finish declaration even if he doesn't complete everything.

This review is about Suyog Construction builder located in Aundh and have projects in PCMC.

This builder started new project in Wakad named'Suyog Space' and I wnat to make people aware of this cheat builder.

I own a flat in one of the projects by this builder, this builder never fulfills his promises and I must say one of the cheat builder in PCMC area. So I request buyers to first visit Society management body of Suyog Shree in Vishal Nagar, Pimple nilakh, Suyog Saffron, Rahatani and know their views about this builder, see quality of construction and them make any decision to buy in Suyog Space.

This builder:-



  1. Never give you possession on time.



  2. Don't have capablity to execute/construct projects beyond single building.



  3. Usually involve in JV where landowner hold share in project and never told this to buyers.



  4. Never completes society handover process(you can check this with society body of projects he completed).



  5. Low quality of construction(you can note this by visiting his past projects and look at linkages).



  6. Modus operandi is to sell 400-500 sqft lower than surrounding projects to lure customers and recover same by using low quality fittings, wiring, colour and tiles.



  7. Keeps Agreement terms in his favour with terms like he can cancel agreement any-time if you fail to pay his demanded money. which he use to ro you for extra money even after flat possession.



  8. Black listed by SBI as loan defaulter. Be Aware!





Just don't trust me, make your own investigation of above mentioned points and make your own decision.

Copying the review of abhaykumarrai to correct company. Suyog Development Corporation. is a moderately popular name in Pune real estate buisness who claim to have over 30 years of experience in construction business. Some of the completed and ongoing projects of this builder are: Suyog Lucky Homes(Wagholi), Suyog Nisarg(Wagholi), Suyog Leher(Kondhwa) and their upcoming Suyog Navkar(Shankarseth Road, Pune).

I am a resident of Suyog Nisarg(Wagholi). I am sharing my experience as I now feel cheated by this builder and not want others to get cheated by this buider.

I would say that Suyog developers are the most dishonest builders who have robbed me of my savings when I decided to purchase a flat in Suyog Nisarg. They are a bunch of people who trap people with their sugar coated lies and later on burn people with inflated maintenance bills at the time of society handover.

Facts:

At the time of society handover the Suyog buiders have given huge amount of inflated water bills which has eaten up all the maintenance deposit given by us. When the residents approached the Suyog developement team, the builder has denied of having told about availability of water. Mr Bharat Shah even claimed that while selling the flats, he had clearly said that there was no ground water. Does this make any sense that people buy flats without water - are the 400 purchares mad?

The second thing is that the cost of water tanker charged by the builder is much much higher than the market rate.

2.construction quality - The construction quality of the flat is very very bad. Huge cracks have appeared in all the walls within one year of purchase. The quality of materials used for construction is very bad. The tiles used in the flat are of so inferior quality and poorly fitted, that they broke in the very initial days of purchase. Different low quality shades of tiles are used in the terrace and dry balcony. The maintenance staff do not respond on time. They haven't responded to the complaints of wall cracks and tiles replacement for months.

car parking - First of all, to book a car paking I had to travel all the way from wagholi to Mukund Nagar(swargate) because the sales office were not given the parking plan. In their main office, I was told that I would get an open parking which would be later covered with designer parking shades. The car parking is still open even after almost 6-8 months after the completion certificate for the building is recieved.

Society Maintenance - The bigest shock to the residents was that just after the society formation, builder tried to do a handover of all the accounts to the society without proper bills or account statement. When the residents questioned the builder and asked for clarification, the builder has refused to give any clarifications to the residents. The builder even said "Hum kya chutiyein hain ki har cheej a hisaab dete baitheinge?" If you dont believe, come to Suyog Nisarg, we have a video recording of that meeting and can show you the same.

When we paid maintenance we hoped that the builder will atleast inform us before handing over the maintenance affairs to the society. But when the builder could not provide any clarification of the questions raised by us on accounts and pending work that needs to be completed, he has suddenly stopped looking into maintenance and send circulalars to pay maintenance.

Electricity meters - Even after 2 years of getting so called occupancy of flats, the electricity meters are not installed for all the flats and the builder bames the MSEB for this. Also the builder has used electricity for construction purposes also, but has not provided segregation of individual consumption to residents.

There are lots of problems being faced by the residents here. Every day is becoming challenging to stay here. Just imagine, the plight of people here who were forced to clean their corridors and society campus because when the contract for the housekeeping agency hired by the builder ended and residents decided to change them, they beat the new house keeping agency people who were charging less than 3/4th than the previous vendor appointed by the builder.

Please be aware of this builder. Do not purchase any properties with Suyog developers. If in doubt or are tempted by their ads, please come and visit and talk to people in Suyog nisarg, or Suyog luck homes in Wagholi to know the truth and make up wise investment decission.

Remember when you buy a flat, you are spending your life's savings in it. Do not get cheated and trapped by Suyog Developers as I have got cheated.
