Supreme Universal (SU) have projects majorly in Mumbai & Pune...

Initially they started projects by applying funds of some local business owners who needed to park thier money on interest and profit.

Current Directors of SU are from two families i.e. Jumani & Bijlani from Mumbai.

They have employed all fair and unfair means to reach this level.

Active Directors are not qualified in construction, yet they are shrewd in managing other people's funds & properties due to their ability to speak lie tactfully which appears true.

There are many complaints on this site and even my experience is very bad...

Many properties developed by them are in bad condition due to early leakages, cracks, puffed up doors, faulty design and construction.

They do not attend on time after delivery and avoid responding to calls.

All good reviews on google & other site are majorly from thier paid employees & contractors.

We have burnt our hands... you can save yours... Be careful & Stay Safe from such elements.

Brokerage charges are constantly seen rising in this area with many of the projects been not facilitated yet under construction. This needs to be taken care of so as to faciliatate growth and bring actions into reality so that many potential buyers can show keen interest.

They keep trying to avoid showing us the papers that they must have since they are planning to construct a property and ofcourse I got fed up of asking them all the time and decided to let it go.

This place has problems like water seepage and leakages. You will not feel like you are living in your own house because there are so many restrictions that the builders place on you. You even have to take permission from the builders to make new furniture in your house by showing them the designs! I mean what!

There have been many cases where the land title has not been clear due to its division in many parts. These are the parts that are known to be completely unknown to the people around. Added to this, there is also a poor co-ordination model for people to follow up with.

Many of the flats have been facing deadline in terms of enduring final delivery of the projects as compared to many of the flats that are offered by its competitors. This case needs to be changed since this is not a lasting solution for many of the upcoming projects in pipeline.

Road services are not paid heed to in terms of regular maintenance or timely repair leading to the formation of potholes which are not catered to in terms of maintenance and services that should be undertaken such that the buyers will have easy time while travelling.

We do not have proper car parking! We have to park our cars outside! The inavailabilty of other facilities also leads to a lot of irritation to the buyers!

Hey Guys, I would like to share my experience with this builder so that you get an insight about this real estate developer. This company was formerly known as Ekta Supreme housing and later they changed it to Supreme universal. I had booked a 2BHK flat in Lake homes, Powai, Mumbai back in 2004 . They have extremely courteous staff in their sales office who would explain you each and every aspect about their project in detail. They were offering a modular kitchen, safety door, POP cornices and premium bathroom fitting with in the cost of the flat. Back in 2010 this was something not many builders were offering. we got the possession of the flat in 2006 as promised. They made sure they made available each and every facility that they had promised like Club house, swimming pool, tennis court, garden, etc, unlike most builders who do not make it available after possession for quite some time. The transaction with this company was very smooth. They do consider if you are late(15-30 days) on your slab wise payment and donot harass you like a recovery agent. The quality of construction is very good and even after 10 years there are no cracks or leakage with in the flat. Since then they have developed several properties in Mumbai.
