Very nice project on Yamuna express way, I am one of plot owner, really a cool swimming pool and beach they have, though there club is not operational but looking to its size I expect a lot. few also jewar airport is clear what else one need. open area, formula tract, universities, lots of govt. proposed things, I will suggest every one to buy at upcountry, don't go with rumours and few frustrated persoalties comments

There was a time when Supertech was a good builder but now they are failing to complete their projects on time. I have bought flat in evo village 2 in 2015 and the structure was ready but it's been 4 years and it's on same condition. There are thousands buyer who are waiting for their dream homes but looks like we will not get our homes.

Cut to the short, if you have hard earned money then don't even think of Supertech.

I invest my money for purchasing a house under his project firstly he did not give their house in fixed amount they increase house price within time and did not provide any build up condition of house and this Customer services also worst and their staff also would not have any proper behaviour they did not complete there project within time they also thief which stole the money of buyers

Supertech upcountry on yamuna expressway is very good project there villas option is so good . It is 100 acre township where we can get plot and beach facing villa, apprtment. Concept is so good. M happy for part of it.

Good location

Good concept

Construction qualtiy average

Good theme base beach

Very close to international universities and may more.

Supertech is cheater. He will give great offer at the time of booking. Now on possession time they will ask min 5 L - 10 L from you. That will be totally illegal but if you ask to them they will many excuses to show this money as legal. Never buy any flat from supertech. Buy if can give 10L extra at the time of possession. They have a strong team of Lawyers. You can not fight in the court. They have guts to slow down your your case . In the mean time they will threat you and torching you. You will have nothing except tears. I am suffering with that.

Hello friends. There are so many builders avliable in market on of is supertech which not a completely trustable builder.

So many time he do fraud with clients.

Main issue is time wich given by company to clients. Not fill his promise in time.

It dilever the project late.

I never believed on supertech and sujest same to other.

Supertech Constructionguru30s is a very popular agency in the field of real state, and is a very well known old builder, specially in Delhi - NCR. along with so many thick populated estaRobotouchshed town. About 15 years before it may have started and now a days it is a one of the biggest builder and developers in the aforesaid field. Certainly it have worked very nicely in the initial stage and got good name in the field. Thus got good progress and become big capitalist in a very short period. My so many friends and near & dear persons became homeowner of good house in a very reasonable price those days.

But now the same builder is working very tactfully and doing work as like case of fraud. My son booked house under Constructionguru30 with him more than 7 years ago @ rate of Rs. 22 Lakh in Tower no. K 6 / Flat no.1004 and still they are in waiting to get house for living. Some of their investors filed court case also and Supertech got defeated along with penalty of very hard cash in crores.

Most of the investors felt cheated and became hopeless due to non responsive customer service. Peoples  are unable to contact their staff as well as officers also as they are not available in their office most of the time.

Hence we can say that Supertech Constructionguru30s may have good fame by name but work and service-wise the worst.

We suggest investing persons to think thousand times while booking with them.

I brought a flat in supertech eco village-1 in 2012. At that time they told they will give flat for sure in Dec.2015. But even today they didn't delivered the project completely. And it is even more shocking and embarrassing that they have not even get the complition certificates from the authorities . It simply means you didn't apply for registry to your flat even after given almost complete payment to builder. That's pathetic guys

But you can safeguard yourself from such fraudsters, if you take decision with sensibility. Considering few basic things will keep you save becoming a victim of real estate scam.

I will always recommend to buy ready to move properties from my past experience.

I would like to share my personal experience with Supertech Ltd. I bought 3 BHK flat in Supertech Ecovillage 2, Greater Noida west in october 2011. I bought this flat 3 years back when tower in which my flat is located was already constructed till 8 stories. Builder promised to handover by December 2014 but till May 2016 we were just waiting for possession call. At last now I am getting my flat possession next month. Builder charged me for extra built up area and authority charges which was not intimated to me earlier. But I am happy at least I am getting possession now where as many buyers in greater noida wet with other builders are struggling for getting their dream home. I recomend people to invest in ready to move property insted of under construction to avoid issues.

I am an employee of the Central Government and I booked a flat with Supertech Ltd in its Livingston Project at Crossings Republik, NH-24, Ghaziabad in April 2007 paying 15% of the then declared cost under the down payment plan.

Immediately after that I started asking the company, in writing, for giving me status report/documents regarding its project clearance which the company did not provide and  as a result of which I could not get loan from UTI(Axis) bank which they had even sanctioned in June 2007 but did not disburse citing non approval of project as reason. My House Building Advance from the Central Government was also rejected because the company did not provide the documents asked for by my department.

The company just kept me harassing, asking me to visit the site and make the payments without giving me any papers regarding approval of their project whenever I visited. Not only this the Builder increased the area of the flat unilaterally and when disgusted with all this, I wanted to opt out of the Project,  the two Directors of the company Mr. Anil Sharma and Mr. GL Khera told me that the company would deduct 20% of my booking amount if I left the project. Thus I was badly trapped.

I also met Mr. RK Arora, the CMD to complain against this but he also did not listen and  provide any documents and rather pressurized me to pay the balance amount threatening a heavy penal interest. I was left with no choice but to continue with them and wait for approval of project / my loan. So, when there were some signs of project taking off in early 2009  and the IDBI bank offered me a home loan of Rs 14 lacs, I made payment of the balance amount  to the company within a few days of signing the allotment letter in January, 2009 even though the company  was not in a position to provide any documents even then.

The allotment letter promised to offer me the flat in December 2010 ie 3.5 years later than the date of booking. But in fact, the company offered possession as LATE as April 2015 ie 8 years after my booking and 4.5 years after the promised date.

I was shocked and stupefied that instead of giving me adequate compensation and penalty for the huge delay, the company has rather charged me an abnormally exorbitant amount of interest for not paying them the balance amount within one month of the booking amount, which naturally, I could not have paid in absence of any papers regarding Title to Land or Project Approval which they were unable to provide despite my continuous letters and which they have not provided even now.

They have not only charged an undue heavy interest which is far beyond my capacity to pay(and which is in fact greater than the amount of loan taken by me), they have also inflated he charges payable at time of possession by including hidden charges not mentioned at the time signing allotment letter. Thus the total additional amount that I have to pay far exceed the actual amount agreed.

The result is that even after offer of possession, I am not in a position to take the flat as I will become a bankrupt if I accede to this treacherous blackmail by Supetech. The company needs to be taught a lesson so that it practises some business ethics and does not blackmail, harass and fleece its customers once they have made a booking amount and are trapped with the builder lest he deduct 20% on opting out of the project. As there is no way I can pay this exorbitant sum, I am left with no option but to sue this cheater and fraud builder in court claiming compensation for this delay, harassment and blackmail in giving me the possession of my flat.  And I will request all innocent customers not to be led by the false promises of Supertech limited.  You will have to regret once you book with the builder.

I am in touch with many others of my society who have also been fleeced likewise and we have pledged to teach the builder a lesson if they do not see reason and practise business with some ethics.  Those of you who feel aggrieved by the builder can join me in my effort at 9821513985.

I really happy with this property developer its eco village project is fully constructed in the noida region and the location was to good if my friends wants to buy any flat then go to the

supertech builder haveing nice project in noida as well as in gurdgao also.

I recommended to all

it is nice developer

I really like its project

if any buddy want to b=uy a home in NCR then go for it(SUPERTECH).;-)
