Suniti Builders, Kolkata

Purchased a 2 bhk level in Behala zone of Kolkata in 2014 from Suniti Manufacturers and they had incorporated some extra charges in the installment which I became more acquainted with following three months.

The rooms were appropriately estimated and there were abundant space in the restroom and kitchen alongside the overhangs.

They had a direct item usage rate and their client surveys were generally positive in the event that I see them as genuine.

Their client benefit were sufficiently dependable and were accessible at whatever point I called them for offer assistance.

Their staff were amenable and the director offered me some markdown too/

Yet, they had incorporated some obscure charges inside the value which I became acquainted with while ascertaining the costs of the things offered to me.

It was far lower than what I paid to them!

I bought a 2 bhk flat in Behala area of Kolkata in 2014 from Suniti Builders and they had included some additional charges in the payment which I got to know after three months.

The rooms were properly sized and there were ample space in the bathroom and kitchen along with the balconies.

They had a moderate product implementation rate and their customer reviews were mostly positive if I perceive them as true.

Their customer service were reliable enough and were available whenever I called them for help.

Their staff were polite and the manager offered me some discount as well/

But they had included some unknown charges within the price which I got to know while calculating the prices of the items offered to me.

It was far lower than what I paid to them!

So, I go Few months before I decided to buy a new flat. One of my friend told me about a new flat I dumdum area. So, I went to that site to view the flat and to know more about that. I flat is constructed by Suniti Builders. The labourers of the builder doesn't know how to behave. First they offered me a very good deal then I decided to buy a new flat from this builders.

But when I approached them with money. They showed many additional charges like registration fees and etc with the price of the flat. They didn't told me about the charges in the first day. So, didn't brought flat from them and I like to suggest you know every details before buying any flat from them.

Hello guys and today we talk about the suniti builders staff and labours behavior. Actualy I need a place for my uncle to live. So I listen that they build a apartment with 2bhk flats .

Ok then I decide to see that how was their quality and finished.

So we reach at site and first I meet with their guard at the gate. He stopped me because he told me that I need to ask for senior staff and get a permission from them. I am ok with that. Then I meet with the project manager he told that we need a prebooking amount to see the amount . I cant understand why he talk like this because.

Their labour talk me like that I was stranger. Actually they used bad language all the time. Their labour  are not well trained. Because they dont know how to build a good corner. They dont properly mainted the corner areas. Some places are not well plasstered. Some types of papdi is being made. Colour was also not suited to the walls. Electricity fitting was not that great. Wire are not durable. I completed my site visit. I am not impressed with their quality anymore.

Suniti builders are not reliable enough to make your work fast and easy. They have a weak presense in kolkata zone. Their historical records are very bad which I realize after making a deal with them. The quality of hos construction record is not luxurious.

They do not want to do their best in any projects. They do lots of projects but no any project is complete without complaints. They have so many complaints in bulks. They deal with smaller projects in kolkata. Always going to put their bad experiance to the middle class persons. I deal with them to build 2 floor uncomplited work . I pay in advance to do my work. Dont ever think like that . Dont pay a single amount to them. They have usually work with untrained money needed workers than your work will absolutely be wrong.

They only need money time to time.

My project is uncomplited till now.

4 months gone but do the same things. Plz be awair of them. I.make a mistake . U dont. I warn you.
