Sunil Mantri Builder Cheating with customre

Sunil Mantri(MnatriRealty) is cheating with customer, More then 2 years delay Mantri Premero and still there is no delivery date, every 6 months he change the delivery date .

We all customer paid 90% and still there is not giving delivery date, Please see the condition this project started in 2009 and after 5 years this is the Output, Only 40-50 worker r on site . how he will complete 4 tower with 250 flat. only structure is completed mean only 50% work is don.

Project delayed by more then 2 years

Please provide the delivery date of mantri premero project, More then 2 years it got delayed and still u r not able to give delivery date. Due to you we r suffer a lot of problem. Your team is not sending proper monthly update so that we know what is the progress going on.

Only you know that When this project will be deliver. Most of customer paid 90% so we have right to ask the monthly update and delivery date.

We are interested in Mantri Royale on kanakapura road, Bangalore. Can anybody tell me if the dispute between the land owner and builder is resolved for Mantri Royale?

And whether the construction is still halted or in progress or completed?

I have booked one flat in one of Mantri project. I didn't find anything like Sudhakar or Sunil described in their comments. I got really good treatment from sales team. Even after all formalities are done these guys were very supportive.

I don't know why these negative comments has been posted by these guys. I have real estate properties at various places in very well known real estate projects, but the treatment I got from Mantri's sales team before and after sell was too admirable.

Mantri Premero: Too much delay in contruction

DO NOT BUY ANY FLAT IN MANTRI PREMERO, BANGALORE. I was promised possession by Sept 2013 which moved to Oct or Nov 2013, then March 2014 and then to June 2014.

Now again management is saying to move the possession by Dec 2014. I have lost the trust in your management and Sunil Mantri. You all have doomed the Mantri brand.

Mantri Premero is not proving at all as the showcase project for venture started by Sunil Mantri. Also the management keeps changing like their promises. All customers are full of frustration and anger. We need our rent paid/month currently as compensation and nothing less than that. I hope the management takes some positive step.

Experience with Mantri Royale

I have booked a flat at Mantri royale couple of days back & did not face any such issues with the customer care as mentioned. I have purchased only after seeing the building & the work so it looks like it will be delivered on time.

My relative has already purchased their flat in Mumbai so I personally have no issues.

I bought a flat on Block A with a commitment from GM, Sunil Mantri group for getting it ready for delivery by 2013 end. During Agreement time there was no clarity on possession and dates given were really weird. I keep visit site and try to understand for delay on my block. every time new reasons and un favorable response. on my visit in the month of MAY 2013, getting a shoking news : the complete sales and project team is been sacked by new GM ???? I had a sitting with Mr. MIR, New GM and instead of giving a word of assurance he made it clear he cant deliver my flat not even 2015. I have already paid them 36L and now I am so much confused to pay then any addition penny without they send me project progress report. My wife and me try to reach top officials but no reach. SUCH A WORST CUSTOMER CARE WE NEVER EXPERIENCED IN ENTIRE LIFE.

I am wondering, is there any forum who can help me to reach to right person who will understand my grievance and address my issues with Sunil Mantri's construction. Yesterday, I got a demand letter from them for another 13L where there is no progress happened since last 5 months. dont know how to respond this issue. please help any one address this issue !

Be careful of Investing with is sking Sunil Mantri Group, they are just big Cheter..........Sales team just disappointing, CRM Useless, Customer service Nil, dont waste ur money otherwise u vl be under deep trouble.I had very bad experience with them.......just freaking builder....there CMD is just nonsense...entire division in Bangalore and Mumbai are just Horrible....when I booked Mantri Premo with Mr.Tanmoy I found out of all sales person he is the most delegated person with this group, in fact Mr.Tanmoy is very supportive towards the customer.

I personally advice him to leave this group. Rest all sales guys are just old crap they dono anything about property and CRM department my God its just too horrible, and don't talk about their CMD he is top most cheater.
