Star AMD Realcon, Ghaziabad

I booked my flat in 2018, they promised to complete possession on 2020 March.

But still the building structure is not ready.

They invested the money in some other project.

Goldi Gupta and Nitin Gupta both are CHOR.

I booked a flat in Star Rameshwaram phase-II in Nov 2016, with date of offer of possession in Oct 2018, almost 8 year has gone , all RERA offer of possession & completion dates expired. Till the delivery of Flat, builder promised to rent free accommodation/equal rent. Since, last two years I am paying rent as well as EMI of loan. Worst experience, Stuck project, Fake promised of Gupta Brothers.

Worst as date comitted by him is in 2019 and know it's 2023 still the flats condition are same no work progress he is a fraud person

I have taken a flat from them. Delivery on time.

Loan provided by them within week.

Registry on time without any issue.Flat handed over on time.

Customer service quite good.

Finance department little disappointing me as they charge high interest on late payment but after discussion with them they reduce interest up to zero.

Marketing team quite well on site.

Design and space in flat well enough.

Already tower A, B, C handed over to customers.

Hi. I have had a great experience with these builders, they are good in designing and recreating .but there fee is so much, as one of my unty who lives in gaziabad wanted to make some changes in his house and she even got a model monetised by registered architect and we choose this builder to do the work at a reasonable rate , and they agreed to do the work but didnt revealed the real price they handed us the expected price., which was affordable , but when the house was almost completed they handed us the bill which was too much then the expected price .although the house was looking great but the price we paid wasn't reasonable .so if you want to get your construction done by these builders , you please discuss the total expence in advance .THANK YOU

I am appearing diploma from dev nagri polytechnic meerut in civil engineering as a second year student and I got a letter from the college for vocational training in summer for a month.

I choose this construction company and when reached no one is here for my help.I got permission from company after very much time and I learn nothing in a month due to company construction work procedure was too slow and irresponsible workers too.I give one star.

Star Realcon is the worst construction company, projects will get delayed to your patience and then they will force you to take possession of semi constructed flat, will delay in providing you papers for loan and will then demand Late payment interest from you, In my case they lost my installment payment cheque and notified me after few days and for that delay as well I am liable to pay them Interest for delayed payment.

They will breach the terms in agreement to sale and will not even give you delayed penalty amount(wants me to forget it), also increase the flat amount whenever they want at their own will and the worst part is most of their employees are next to goons and will threaten you with dire consequences, even misbehave with senior citizens and keep you waiting in their offices when you go to meet them.

I've initiated legal action against them.
