Noticed zero developments and poor response from the office. Worst customer service.

.It's a great Review Website, one of the first. I used it to review a lot of things. I think they are impartial too. However, their systems can be bypassed by some clever marketing gimmicks of a few customers who take Mouthshut for a ride .

I am P.Prashant paid advance for plot at Bibinagar.They have taken huge amounts Rs.1, 00, 000.00 from me as advance when they started inauguration work at Bibinagar site and showed some work is going on.But till now the site is as day one no development.At that time they said that with in 15 days HMDA approval get and LP no. will be given after 45days registration will be done .but till date nothing has done.It almost 1 year and they are not refunding money back and say some stores and not at all responding from directors level.

They take huge amounts from customers as advance and don't do the work or development of the layout. Whenever we call them for update they ask for money, they sell plots without having the LP number and we get it in 15 days . They took almost 4 months now and no LP number yet.i won't recommend this venture, very bad experience .

I have bought a flat from this logillu developers and fully satisfied with their work.I have never seeing such a real estate company with the commitment and services.this is the genuiune and professional company.this is the best way to invest your money for your future.their prices are also affortable to middle class people.the staff behaviour is good.

Their customer service is awesome solves if any problem occurs immediately.I recomment this company to everyone who are interested in buying flats they gives good value of money.you will be satisfied by taking their services.

Don't believe these developers, they have been saying that HMDA approval is in on progress for a long time, but not yet approved & not much response from representatives.

In this company I buy one plot in phase-1, Recently they are starting developments, every time we have a chance to go and see the developments at venture location.

The interaction is very good towards the customers. I'M WELL satisfied what their promises and commitments. My opinion you can invest or buy in this. For middle & upper middle class families best choice.
