Yes. I do agree. the builder's ethic is to cheat. he sells off the property( mostly layout) and after 5-8 years when the price grows, ask the landlords from whom he had brought the land only to put the case and start encroachment.

The poor clients comes to him and he offers a compromise to take further 200 - 500/- per sft. per site to make the settlement. In simple terms the owner of this company is a Dalal.Better buy from established builder . he has many cases on him already.

The company's foundation is based on cheating clients. Its headed by one Mr. Kailash( Gujurati). He takes illegal and litigated land, make nice fake papers or do some temporary settlement with landlords so the land title are clear and bank approved. Post sales there is hardly 20% poor quality development he does and run away. After 8 - 10 years when you clear all bank loans. those same landlords come and make disputes and this MD is out of sight . says. I was not aware of that litigation and its very late now. He had made a listed company also to cheat more public through shares. for this kind of low quality people, we are loosing hard earned money. Never invest in his projects.
