Squarefeet Group, Thane

This the most irresponsible and lier builder. I reside at Bhiwandi Regal Square project built by Squarefeetbuilders from last 2 years. We don't get drinking water as well as boring water. We duly pay our maintenance on time but still this guy isn't care about our situation.

Please do a lot of research before buying property with Squarefeet Builders. My whole lifes investment is at stake now. Conditions at regal square is getting worse. Thieves, no proper security, no solar water as promised(they are planning to sell the solar equipment's as they are out of condition)

As I mentioned title I actually owns flat in square feet group construction possibly they think ones the property sold there work finished. I am in position to say why did I spend all my money to buy this? were there is no water no basic amenities poor construction They mean nothing to the property holders

Its just been 6 months my family shifted in here and got horrible experience like bad quality tile no water no transparency in business , poor gym equipment, poor construction just in 6 month stay I can see cracks on my hall and kitchen walls I was searching for my own peaceful place and the dreams get messed up . in the place I reside I lost my peace I can even blame my self that I trust square feet group above I s my own experience

On 14 september 2015, I went to exchange clothes worth 1298. At that time there was offer of 50% off on one of two new arrival garments.

But according to Bullshit globus company, I could not avail that discount because I was exchanging. So, I had to pay extra 500 bucks, if I would have purchased it fresh. I was more angry because this is not the case in Pantaloon or Westside stores.

Besides they(globus) dont have much collection. After the salesperson knew I was exchanging she stopped dealing me. Such bad attitude towards customers.This happened in Phoenix mall, Lucknow. I will never visit this store again.

Squre group is associate with construction, development and execution.It is one of the best real astate group of thane which satisfy consumer expectation.

This group construct appartment of 1 bhk and 2 bhk as consumer's need.Its also provide service of painting , furniture, vantilation as consumer's need.My uncle have also flat of this group.Its also provide children playground, big parking place etc.If you live with quality then go for it.
