Lake dew apartment is located in Begur is one of the most loved and successful projects of splendid. For me and my family we got everything we want, the surroundings are clean and well maintain by the staff, our children have nearby school for me I have access to public transport, we have 24/7 power backup and the interior is of A grade and splendid lake dew Bangalore review don’t charge much unlike other builders in Bangalore. Splendid project are always good in terms of customer satisfaction.

I would like to Thank Chandru Sir and Shabaaz for giving me the Flat about 99% of what we imagined when we purchased the flat(Sorry for 1%, because nothing is perfect :-).

There are always ups and downs in any project whether it Residential or Software project. There will be issues also, but you can never take away the credit for the hardwork and dedication which these two people have put in for this Project. Few points I would like to highlight-

Never imagined projects managers at the Site will be so accessible, but both the guys were always accessible for any Queries, Issues or concerns

Both are very flexible, will go out the way to help you.

I cant recall the instance when Chandru Sir and Shabaaz has not picked my call, whether it is Sat or Sun or Mon or any given day or any time they will receive my call to resolve the issues.

Sometimes things have taken time to get resolved, but they delivered what was promised because they are responsible for all 80 flats and they have to take care of all of them and not one.

Both are very good by Nature, never had any argument over any issue.

It's very difficult to manage the contractors at site, because you tell them to do something, but they will do opposite, then also both these folks took the responsibility, and gave no reasons that this was done by contractor.

Shabaaz is new to this industry, but then also he picked it up and learnt fast. "

I like to share my feedback on the Splendid Royale project. Thanks for the on time delivery in spite of so many challenges. Quality is as per the specifications provided and Pricing was very good. Now, we could see a good appreciation & ROI on the same.

On the loan part, all the documents were clear and it was a hassle free process. SBI provided the approval very fast. And your team was very cooperative on the modifications that I came up with. Thanks a lot for all your kind support and I'm completely satisfied with the project. "

Really I appreciate that and exactly in the month of January -2014 I got a email to take possession, where I and my family was very happy because I am already paying the EMI and rent. Thanks for splendid group for making my dream house in place . Appreciate it! "

Below is the feedback based on my experiences. Overall a very good project with good and understanding people on the site. I have been visiting the site very frequently and have seen the work going on very smoothly. Whenever I had a problem, it was rectified as soon as I reported it.

There were some delays in certain cases but I was notified the valid reasons. Got lot of attention and help from Chandrashekhar, Shahbaaz and Dhananjay on various phases of the construction. Excellent job done by these people on the site. Lot of patience and much appreciated.

Lastly not to forget, excellent job done by Pratap as well for all my queries/info/concerns.

Hope to see you emerge as a great name in the builder's community.
