A good housing project will have some of the best amenities and will be promising. In the case of Somani Realtors, this builder has just been bluffing everyone in the name of the best housing complexes. The security guards here are not doing their job properly. They are very unprofessional and are never seen at the gate. Overall, a very bad experience with this project and the entire housing complex.

I am resident in this housing project and I must say, this is the worst place that I have lived. The building that I am staying in has a lot of leakage issues and due to this, the walls of the building are soaked with water. Even the walls of my house are absorbing the water which is leaking. This is making the walls weak and I have major concerns related to it. When I informed the management, they said they will get it fixed but nothing has been done about it yet. So unprofessional and such bad behavior from Somani Realtors.

I moved into this home with my parents as they are old and would need a nice and comfortable space to live. I really regret my decision of purchasing a home with Somani Realtors. The surrounding is so dirty and no one cleans it at all! My parents are also having a hard time staying here as there are no facilities for senior citizens. There is not much area for elderly people to take a walk in the building. Very disappointed with this builder as they promise a lot but never live up to it!

In the case of Somani Realtors, they are never true to their word. Their entire team has no proper knowledge about anything related to housing projects. This complex is the worst in this area and needs a lot of maintenance. The lift in the building does not work properly and is always dirty. Tried calling the maintenance team to get things fixed but they never show up and will just ignore all your concerns. Please do not deal with Somani Realtors for anything related to homes.

Do not even think of buying a house here!

At first I thought Somani Realtors will be a good real estate company because of the way they market their company and houses. When I recently moved into one of their projects, I was shocked to see the state of the housing complex. The infrastructure is really very poor and there are hardly any amenities in the entire complex. The paint in the house is also of very low quality and has started to wear off. Do not even think of buying a house here!

Somani Realtors are the worst real estate company in the market. They will lie to you about their projects at the start in order for you to book a house. They did the same with me and after all the process was done, their team started to ignore my concerns and requirements. I highly suggest everyone not associate with this builder as they are cheaters. Also, their housing projects are really bad. So definitely not a good place to buy a new house.

The management at Somani Realtors is the worst. They ask you to pay the token amount while booking your house and once you give them the money, they will start to ignore you. I has a few concerns while I was booking a home with them and they never even bothered to address any of my doubts. When I finally decided to not go ahead with the house because they were unprofessional, they stopped answering my calls and would not take any responsibility for the delay. This is the worst real estate company and will never recommend it to anyone!

My apartment in one of the projects of Somani Realtors has major plumbing issues. It has been going on for a while now and the management does not even care to fix it! Even the staff working here are very rude and unprofessional. I have made the biggest mistake of purchasing a home here. A very big no to this builder and will never suggest them to anyone!

Please avoid dealing with Somani Realtors as they are definitely running a big scam. When I was shown their project they promised many things out of which there is nothing implemented. The housing complex where I stay is really bad and has many issues. It does not even have the basic amenities which are offered by most of the other builders. Definitely not the right builder to book your new home.

I have called somani realtors a few days back after getting an SMS about rohra heights. I was casually asking them about the property, but I fond that they have in-depth knowledge about the property. Than I stated asking some technical questions and I found that they know about them too. Later I took a site visit and was happy with their service.

Whether you have a budget of 15 Lacks or 5 Crore, They have a property for you to in your said budget.

I personally have changed my budget and prefered location several times, and I was surprised that they have a property every time to offer. And they didn't even get frustrated after giving me more than 10 site visits at different locations.

I must admit that the quality of service they provide is really good. In short, they do hand-hold in every stage of the property purchase.

Also, if they commit to something at the beginning and the developer fails to provide the same, then they will fight for us and make sure that the same is provides to us as committed.

They understood my requirements and suggest the flats as per my requirements In South Kolkata - Utopia.

I had consulted somani realtors for a flat in New Town Area. I have to admit, their team is quite helpful. They had explained me every thing in detail. Even they have followed up with me time to time and was giving me updates. one can easily go through Somani realtors for property purchase without second thought.
