I had booked a flat from Sobha about a year back. The project was supposed to be complete and handed over to me by middle of 2017. I blindly went by their name repuation when booking an apartment. I am paying a high cost for this mistake by me till now. Not only have they delayed the hand over by more than several months, they management was also unresponsive to my calls once in a while. Sometimes it was even difficult to reach their support staff. The price of the project too was not that economical compared to few other builders in the same locality. Carry out your own due diligence before booking any project with them, get all the terms and conditions clear before signing the papers and payments.

No professional ethics.

When asked clarification on the agreement, we never got any convincing explanation, but instead dodged off with illogical explanations.

We are totally raged with the attitude of Sales Managers,We wanted to handle this entire matter in a very conducive and professional way. But their attitude and choice of words towards the clients are totally intolerable.

Sobha Ltd is trying to trick the clients with ambiguous statements in the booking form.

After due deliberation we have taken an undeterred stand to cancel the booking of a unit with Sobha(Sobha Arena).

Finally took a house in Sobha Dahlia. It is lovely and I'm getting a charge out of each snippet of it.
