I purchased apartment believing Mr. Anandwords and had trust on him. now regretting I invested in the wrong choice. the apartment construction is not good, no proper maintenance. door quality, pipeline, wiring quality everything not even lasted for 6 months. one of worst builder never to be opted.. his words will be nice only till the gets money and I call in trap. my experience is not good, I will never suggest this builder

This construction company is run by Ananda Kanna. They build apartments in and around Mahindra City in Chennai.

Beware of them, they are an absolute cheat. Don't sign any document unless you have got what you are signing for. I was one of the unfortunate people to deal with them in one of their projects.

Lots of promises and sweet talks but nothing is followed in action. Absolutely selfish and they will go to any extent to rip you off your hard earned money. Better to stay away from them rather than regretting later.
