I was really impressed when I saw the building from outside, but there are some areas in the building where they have constructed it using cheap quality materials and it is a huge pain.

They have problems like water leakage and water seepage and we have to constantly communicate with the officals who are in charge of water supply because of this and it is quite a pain, honestly!

There have been many proven instances where the government can improve the revenue conditions of the first time buyers and thereby aid in providing a thrust to the overall economic growth.

The car lift is not made well and is constantly malfunctioning, which causes us a lot of problems when we need to go out with the car and it is a huge issue which creates a lot of inconvience for us all the time!

Since there is a great line up of residential properties that have good projects that are currently available for sale at comparatively affordable prices, the current area has no much higher chances of undergoing real estate development since there are very less areas that carry scope for re-development and build up.

They are really cheats. They show you attractive brouchers and plans, but when it comes to implemetation, nobody is doing anything about it. Be careful with them and do not waste your money until you see the approved documents and licenses.

The water supply at this place is bad and there is no car parking for everyone! The facilities and amenities that they provide are always overcrowded so it is not worth it at all!

The marketing department has no knowledge about the project and when I asked them about the documents; you could see that they have no knowledge about the technical side of property buying, which is shame.

Many developers have been keen at sensing increase in the rates of prices as and when they have been keen at sensing the signs of normalcy in the market for the properties of this particular segment. The unit sizes of many of the uses are small leading to many people showing keen interest in buying it leading to further competition.

One of the worst builders without any ethics.  Visit Skyline Bagmane Champagne hills, they have handed over the project in 2014 whereas the agreed time was 2009.  Delayed by 5 years.  Even in 2018 they have not completed all the amenities they had promised, each block they had 2 lifts but only one installation done and working other lift in each block still not installed.  The structure looks already 30 years old, seepage and water leakage everywhere.

Promoters threaten if you visit their office for any queries.

sincere advise please don't end up buying there properties and struggle all your life.

It was around 5 years ago when we sold our old house and was searching for a new one.

We visited more than 8-9 houses and one of our was Skyline Golden rays, which is located in Basavanagudi, behind Ramakrishna ashram.

The 3bhk apartments were beautiful and the planning was very good.

All the rooms were spacious and we'll ventilated. Living room was well lit and the hostel behind it has all greenery and you will get good air!

The view from the balcony was very nice.

Well though we didn't buy the flat as it was very pricey. It costed around 90 lakhs per house and 5 years back, that was quite costly compared to other builders, but the house was equally well built.

I would certainly recommend this builder because of the quality of the house they make but are a little pricey.

Bikash Kumar Thakur of Skyline Construction cheated me when he built my new home. Despite being recommended by  friend. I had to finally report him to the cops because he kept harassing me for more money. I had already paid him almost the entire amount and he refused to complete the bathroom and kitchen work unless I paid the remaining amount. The professional assessment of the property showed that it was worth much less than what I had paid him.

The work is of very poor quality and his workers were unprofessional. The 'head mason' installed the doors the wrong way and these had to be pulled out and redone, leading to weak walls that keep cracking around the doorframes. Even the walls are not all straight. He has even installed the toilet pipes upstairs to run over my puja room so the upstairs toilet can't be used.

When looking for an apartment in Bangalore we were very confused with the wide choice available.

Based on a recommendation we decided to interact with Skyline and were very satisfied with the experience.

We have finalized our future home at Skyline Constructions and hope this positive experience continues.
