Plot purchased at Sizzle East Coast

I interacted with Mr. Maninder Kumar for purchase of plot at Sizzle East Coast. It was a very nice experience with him. He was very honest in sharing information about property and surroundings of the property. He kept me informed about the process and activities for the sale deed to be registered quite regularly. He ready to take my calls any time and is sharing photographs of the plot and development happening regularly.

I am extremely happy with dealing of Sizzle Properties.

I brought property in gold coast, near Malur, a well developed layout.

Its an awesome experience, the staff is really helpful especially Manohar, Avin and Ramesh.

There are few glitches here and there, but at the end everything is rectified.

Do not buy properties from this sizzle, once they get money from you , they stop doing any promised developments to the layout. They give false promises.. I brought a plot 1.5 years ago still there is no road , park etc basic amenities also they are unable to give. Worst experience ever..do not trust these people...

I Brought a site in JR Elite Developed and Marketed by Sizzle Properties, at the time of they said amenities promised, they are not stand there promises it almost 2 years, till now the progress of work only 30% work last 2 years they done remaining work there is no response from them.

Really it's assome journey with sizzle property,

I liked professionalism treatment with employee,

Partha and Lalita they were helped me lot to purchase a site sizzle SM Spring field layout in bidarahalli,

The way partha treat with customer it's motivate me to refer some of my friends to purchase site in sizzle property,

If some one like to purchase site in sizzle better contact to Partha he has good knowledge about real estate business.

The development of layout is also good, I have did all the leagal verification of layout property paper their is nothing worry.

My experience with Sizzle properties is very nice. I took one site in Sai lake habitate and 2 sites in Atlantis.

The best thing with Sizzle properties is documentation part. I didn't face any issues when I verified the documentation and I got prompt reply and support documentation from Sizzle management when my advocate put the query.

Also Sizzle staff are very friendly and cooperative( Satya, Manindar, Ramesh, Ghanshyam.).

Also what ever the development agreed by Sizzle were fulfilled by them.

Don’t buy any property from sizzle, everyone will tell lies always like will do many things but even after 5 years no developments.

Please visit the Atlantis property whatever the present condition is now same condition before 5 years also and there is no changes in the development.

At the time of selling they told within one month road, electricity will complete but after 5 years also nothing done except road.

They have bunch of sales jokers and them self put positive customer feedback with different names.

Presently Ramesh is handling the projects he is one the ultra useless sales guy and he don’t know how to talk to customers, always he has ready answer stating that we will do the needful without any completion date.

Humble request to everyone don’t buy just seeing the positive feedback and positive response only till purchase, after sales only negative response.

Now they very much interested in new projects and investing money for new projects and they completely forgotten old projects.

Guys the positive reviews here are fake. They are all done by themselves within the company. None of their projects are completed as promised till date. You can have a sample check in Malur, they said it will be completed in 2013. IT is 2019 now, it looks exactly how it looked in 2013, when you call them they say they dont have money to complete. Hopeless people, dont buy anything from them.

No After Sales Service Support

I Brought a site in JR Elite Developed by Anjanadhri and Marketed by Sizzle Properties.

No after sales work happening, there are only false promises.

We all the buyers are feeling cheated now as they are not doing any work and responding with false commitments.

This is really irritating and they are defaming their own name which they built over years.

Just to give an update to my recent issues raised aginst Sizzle.

I am HAPPY that Sizzle property contacted me on my query that raised for electricity work not done in castle layout.

Within 1.5 month they completed the electricity work .I am very happy that things are moving and sizzle folks are giving us frequent update on the work progress.

Major work has been addressed, now we are mutually working on the rest of the work like boundary wall and the plantation. Will keep you posted .

Will upload few picture later after recent work done by Sizzle.

One of the worst Post sales service in Bangalore

One of the worst developer in Bangalore. making all false commitment in the world to close the sale. they got one of the biggest fraudulent sales executives making tall claims and pretend to be not knowing what is happening within the organization. I wish had an option to update ZERO STAR, you don't even deserve one star.

This Developer artificially inflate the plot price when they sell it by telling out of the world stories however, when we want to sell the plot the prices are very cheap, now i'm in a fix where i'm not able to sell the property nor construction the house because it is not in livable condition. Now they are developing one more property just close to castle layout which has less amenities when compared for example(Transport, Provision store, school, college, hospital and lot of residential complex) however, the price quoted here we see a difference of Rs. 600 to Rs. 700, not even a single penny they will reduce when they sell. price negotiation Minus Stars.

Very Money minded Company. not helping people to fulfill their dream by quoting exorbitant price than the existing nominal rates and cheap layout planning tack-ties. for East and north phasing.
