I got an opportunity to work by referral on 2021. After completing 5 months, I didn't get even one month salary. All managers and co-ordinator are all liars. I left the company without salary. Working culture is too bad even though it is public limited company. Their promises are all fake and real fraudsters. Do not choose this company.

this is sourabh kumar, 2015 passout mechanical engineering from kolkata.

I take the courage to say that I got placed in SIL by giving aptitude test, group discussion, after that they told us to pay 30000 in the name of(bharitya vidya mandir) to them as they will cunduct a 2 month classroom training and after that they will send us to respective sites throughout india. We a batch of 30 students from different colleeges did the same, they promised us to give 15K per month and told that 5K from that will be given to mechanical incharge in their respective sites as they will give their valuable time to teach us. After 2 months of class room training when we were sent to our sites the whole scenario was different, their was no one to teach us our first salary was given 3 month after the joining, after a lot of requests, half of the students leave their job after 2-3 months those who survived were thrown out after 7 months(in offer letter it was written as 10 months) no holidays, they used to cut the pay if u don't come for a single day due to medical emergencies. still now we are having due of 2 months and we didn't got certificate of training also it has almost been 1 year we left the company.

So I request you friends to please don't get lured to such kind of offers rather go for direct recruitment.

For a costumer this is nice company .but for staffs  this  is not good. It delay payments of staffs. It not  give salary at time.

As a worker this is not a good company. If this is not good for staffs. So you can think how it is good for customers.overall it is nice but I can't preferred it for you

On 4th May 2015 got a call from Selective Consultants, Delhi for a post in Simplex infrastructure posting Jamnagar. They said interview will be in Delhi, as I am based in Kolkata I asked for a telephonic first, which later they disagreed, they I regretted for the interview at delhi. few days later selective consultants again calls me says the interview has been arranged in kolkata.

I agreed for the interview. On the say of interview selective consultants called me several times to arrure I reach there in time. I went to Simplex Infra Kolkata, waited for around 1 hour 30 mins, a office boy came and said me to accompany him. I followed him, he took me to another building and made me wait for another 30 mins.

After that I someone called me for interview, where I was literally shock to know that they are searching for some other job profile, and my job profile dose not matches at all. Then why the hell did they shortlist me, and why the hell did they kept me waiting for 2 hours.
