Siddhi Builders, Mumbai

I have invested in one project with expat properties .i was provided various dectais , etc to showcase that land will yield higher appreciation in coming times nothing seem to have worked out and current land price is less than the price I purchased it 18 Years back.looks like they have sold me the land at higher price it self I first place since cannot understand how after 8years market valus goes below the price I purchased from expat they keep quoting me govt guiclelines value, but govt valuation has no meaning while buying /sellimg .there is tremedous difference between these 2valuations. I'm publishing this thread here to see how many people are facing such issues with this company.

To tell about siddhi builders, they are the best builders in mumbai, very good clean finishing the rate of the buildings are little bit expencive but it is worth for their work and finishing. I was in mumbai in my uncles newly constructed building by siddhi buildres.

They provide good facilities like free watchman for five years. And free maintainance for a year and less pay for maintainance from second year.

They did a good ineteror decoration with modern type. And good lift system with air condition. They use all modern tool for the construction and very fast construction they have a good civil engeener and planner with we visited many time. Thay also have a good arichitecture and well known ans experiance. And they also provide good swrvices like EMI and discount, gym, paying room, theater room, society, water heater, solar, genrator so that 24×7 water and power supply. And fully coustermee friendly services to the coustermer
