Flat no 1311, 1211, 1111, 1011, 911, 811 in Regalia Heights, Shipra Sun City are without water for last 10 days from 12 Dec 2015; but Shipra Estates Ltd, which is reponsible for maintenance of the building is not doing anything about it. Respected RHRA members.

Shipra Estates Managers and concerned authorities requested to take cognizance of this situation and help hapless residents.

I booked a flat in Ghaziabad through Shipra estates. Their service is  proper way. When I booked the flat four BH in Ghaziabad.

They lots of promises with me. Time of booking  I am very happy for my new flat. They said us you can take position after three years.

We time to time paid the installment of house. there is not any problem. We want first class flat so I said him the builder. In three years we also go to see the flat in Ghaziabad. Everything is ok. The work in flat high level. The material of building is good quality. After three years our flat is ready and we take position in the flat.
