This is such a fraud company that can never be trusted. Whenever I use to visit their office they use to tell me that they will Today start the construction and when the next time I use to come they use to say same thing. They even said to me that they will give my plot till 2016 and I waited till 2018 and what I got fraud. I almost submitted all my money just 2000 left and what I came to know is that they were not real. I am just a common man how I earn my money I only know. So please never ever trust these types of fraud companies.

Your Company is one of the leading master piece in the business world but some of your employees are trying to ruin your name. Mr Shoaib Ansari who is one of your employee took 175000 from me in the name of Shine City, that the company has started a trading business and it will return 7percent of the profit. I have all the details that can prove that he cheated on me. I contacted him but now he blocked my no.

Hi All, Myself and my some friend invested money which we earned with very hard word. We want to own a home in capital city.But lost our dream with the fraud I want my money back.After more research I come to know they are investing Money in Tax heavens but currently Govt not taking any action.Also RERA started investigation so we get relief that we get our money at least but now no hope as I hope by money power they shut their mouth also. Anybody can help us . Please GOD save us from such bad peoples or return money.

I purchased plot in 2014 but no possession yet.

If you all are intrested we can move to court collectively , it will be easy for us if we come together against this hopeless fake company.

The car lift at this apartment breaks down quite a lot and residents are not able to use their cars. There are also no proper amentities and there is no proper fire fighting system as well.

The projects of these builders are unnecessarily over hyped, resulting in them offering really overpriced houses for no reason! Complexes in the area have similar facilities at a much cheaper rate, so you would really have to have a lot of money that you have no use for to buy an apartment at this place!
