Satgurus enterprises private company is a consruction company I mumbai. I along with my father decided to open a cafe in bandra area in mumbai and we approched satgurus enterprisea. Complete constrution of the 3 strorey building was promised to be completed in 7 months by the company. But it actually took them 1 year and 6 months for complete constructin. The entire construction time was very irritating as we told them to complete fast but they were very slow and this also let to few verbal feuds between us the quality of material used in the construction was also very bad. We bad Very very bad experience with the company and would not recommend to work with them.

Hey friends today I am telling about satgurus Enterprises private limited.

So friends my experience is say, his builder is not a good builder. Their costumes service is also not good. They were failed to a good customer service to their costumers.

The staff of the company is also very bad and they don't done their properly and they were very lazy to their work.

Friends builder is best but talking is not good with our customers.

The rate is too much higher than any other apartments. according to his room .room is not properly maintaining and also building.

The infrastructure is good but surrounding are polluted and can't allow kids to play there. They are not considering the customers requests and problem.

Hello friends! I am sharing my views on builders that is Satgurus Enterprises Private limited which is of mumbai. My friend booked a flat from these buliders but was not satisfy with their services.

He told me that when he giving the booking amount after that they did not give him any possession for 2 years. And after when he got his flat after that he was very upset with their services.

There was no security in the appartment. And they did not give you full parking because parking area was so conjusted.

Also staff members are there is not helpful they have no sense to how to talk with customers.

Their customer service is very bad because if you find any problem in the apparment they are not ready to sort out that problem. So I will never suggest to peoples that they should booked any flat from these builders.

Hello guys today I am here to tell you about serives and I go with my father for book a floor on there appartment but when I start gathering information about there apartment we feel unhappy beacuse the staff contiously talk with each other and they don't known how to talk with customer which gives so much dissatisfaction and when hear about the price of floor we shocked the price was so high as compare to there room so we came back without book any room and I never suggest for there apartment .

I want to tell my experience about this apartment. Outside viewers this is the best builders but their real face is not good.

They are well at the time of showing model rooms and asking advance. I stayed this apartment for more than 4 months. Later I didn't like their approval the customers and their services.

The rate is too much higher than any other apartments. They are not maintaining the rooms and buildings. There are some leakage in the rooms and the water supply is too bad and very shortage. The Internet connection they are not providing any 3g services.

For solving this issues we called them and complained. But their response is not good and not coming and solving the problems.

The staffs are also very rude in behavior. Many times they fought with me for asking the parking slot for my car.

The parking area is very conjusted and some times I don't get any space for parking. But they are charging huge amount for that also. Their rental cost is not affordable for the poor people. Because every month they are increasing their rent.

The infrastructure is good but surroundings are polluted and can't allow kids to play there. They are not considering the customers requests and problem.

Because of their bad services I stopped staying there and changed to another apartment.

I would like to write a review about this developers. I came to knew about this apartment by my friends. That's what I thought to stay in this apartment and directly approach the concern person to see the model rooms.

First sight itself I liked the rooms and plans. I gave advance and signed all the agreement. For first few months I was satisfied because there it was nice atmosphere and good service. Even my kids also liked the place very much.

But later they showed their real face. They started increasing the lease. But I negotiate with them, by showing signed agreements and all. But they didn't changes. Their services also became pathetic and for the repairments also they didn't come.

The trash disposal they removed. The Internet connection, water, newspaper etc became stopped. Finally they forced to pay the full amount.

So for me it was not a good experience and and moved to another apartment very soon. The product implementation is good but they are not maintaining the rooms properly. I won't refer to my friends to sign any agreements with them.

Today my review is related to a building company which is known as Satguru Enterprises . Today I am writing the review but words are of my friend as we experience this builder . So let us discuss about this building company.

First I will discuss about that time wich they take according to my friend. David service is very much slow as compared to other builders available in market as well as their material used and customer service is also not up to the mark in the Builder is also a little bit rude in talking and he will convince you easily to buy a big flat Evan if you want a small one . The paperwork also take much longer time as compared to the time taken by other Builders .

The next thing I will discuss is the rate they provide . According to me the building company is not value for money at all you will get more cheaper price with better quality of product . Are you can get better flats and Villas by other building companies I will not give the name as it will be comparative but I assure you that you will get better rates for your house .

At last I will not suggest you to buy the product of this building companies as they are expensive as well as the material used and build quality is cheap as compared to other building companies.

The satgurus enterprises private limited is not a good construction company.My uncle is living in mumbia they contract his building to this company.Iam go to my uncle house in this building construction time.This company is very late construction company they says complete this building in 7months but they taken 13months. The staff is not good in disiplane and also they cannot respect thier customers.The workers is not good in skill and also very lazy. The staff courtesy is very poor.The construction charges is very high and they using low quality materials.The construction cost is too high to comparebthe other builders.Thr customer service is too bad. They cannot give solution to our doubts and problems.They only listen our problems.The customer services is too poor. Iam not recomend this company to any one.

This is the worst builder service I ever seen they behave with bad attitude and only listning problems but not give the solution of the problem and treated very bad the staff of this builder service was also very bad the workers were very lazy and very selfish and also treated very baad attitude I dont like the service and team work of the staff the rate implementation of this builder is very bad the production rate was very high not easily afordable by middle class family overall my expirence was very baad I not happy with this builder. This builders is the worst builders.

The bad about them is their customer service and they were failed to a good customer service to their customers.

The customer executive is taking very rubbishly to their customers and they were not listening to their customers.

The staff of the company is also very bad and they do not done their properly and they were very very lazy to their work.

Hello friends today I am sharing a review about satguru enterprises. This construction company advertise them in all over the city. That's why everyone thinks to give them their work of construction. But in reality they use low quality material for construction. That's why it is very bad thing they do. Anyone don't want that their home will be made of cheap quality material. Their customer service is very bad. Their only aim is to make money. They didn't call back you if you give them a complaint. Their staff members are good. They remains are very kind to you.

I totally disturbed of this enterprises .beacuse .our family palnned to build rooms .we approached this site because we got advertisment from this enterprises. They showimg that they are very honest in working .and they are fast . But .its too delay in their working .they builded rooms but . In raining , the rooms are totally watery and showering Their working quality is too bad . We totaly hated the working of this enterprises.and we lost so much of money for maintaining it again .

Becuse . The rainy season is coming . So its very urgent to maintaining it . Otherwise we lost the renters of the room . So we lost so much of money by trusting them . Very bad customer service .i called them so many times .they are not ready to watch the situation of us . So I recommanding you all to not use the service of this enterprises.

This is the wosrt builder I have eVr hired in my life.The customer service is very bad they even don't bukitbtye house according to my choice and they are just waisting the raw materials daily.The labour is also very bad and unskilled.

The staff or we can say the labour is verylazybthey were taking breaks many time in an hour so it is bad.

They do not worried about my Money spending.They are wasting the materials lavishly and they do not have any idea about the plans implementation or completion of the project.They r wosrt.

Although they promise to provide quality within the given time but they take a long time to deliver. Their customer helpline is also not up to the point. If they dont deliver within time, that can be a big hassle for you. I would recommend everyone to get the exact details before buying from them as safety comes first.

Satgurus enterprises is very bad company in consetruction company . all the develop area by this construcion site is very bad acording to the the road site. maps of the site. and most important building material are very poor like cement rait gitti etc. lighting is not bad comapring to the other sites and many other things are good. we are not happy and not buying any product made of satgurus enterprises.i am happy to inform u this type of review. As we decided to renovate our society we had given contract to this builder. The builder is very famous and charged high cost for the contract. Also he promised to complete the work within three years. But after seven years the work haven't been completed. The way he implemented the project in the starting was not good. We had tried to give him many suggestion, but he keeps on ignoring and lastly he used to say that the contract would be cancelled and no money would be refunded. Also the builder takes many contract at a time. So the workers available are very less. And also they don't come to work during holidays. Apart from this the builder don't visit the site regularly. Because of this many tenants have left the society. I suggest not to give any contract to this builder because of slow working speed.

First of all I have to say I was dissapointed with therebuilding capability.they planned very well.the plan of the building is very nice but they fail in making it in real condition.they used cheap quality materials like cement paint.

And plumbing works.there is always a water leak in walls.thats a very bad thing.also the walls are getting cracks.i visited my friends apartments and there building is ok compared with this building.so I wont recommend u first go and check what quality they are using.

Satgurus Enterprises is really a good builder and I have seen a lot of project of Builders the world awesome infrastructure in one which is not seen in the whole country bears architecture is amazing and can be compared with other words it is really amazing to see the project of satgurus Enterprises and whenever I see those projects.

I always think to invest in their projects they are really good Builders and they give the best product which you need For your Living you for it is really hard to find some good and amazing builders like he's in a really proud of his builders because their product in the infrastructure are we can save their architecture is really different from any other builders I have seen many builders work.

But whenever I see their work I really got surprise from the way they built a buildings and the structure are so strong can be compared with the other words and it is really hard to think that there is sign any kind of mistake they made it is really tough to make a building and they really are good at making building and other kind of projects I really recommend all my friends and family to look forward to their projects because they are best in the segment thanks a lot.

Its a bad construction company. The service is not very good . The quality of material used and design is not so impressing. Dealy in construction is very serious problem of this company.

moreover they donot have a skilled labour. I would say you should not give any construction assignment to this company . the conpany needs to improve a lot.

This construction did not consults for our opinion to choose construction products.they choose their members for constructions because they will give commission.even when we insisted that they use cheap quality materials which should not be used for construction this construction group didnot bother about us.they will see thier profit than customers satisfaction.even the fee which has to be paid to this construction group is very high.so I would not recommend this construction group.nevertheless I would recommend bhatia group than this.

The workers which they are using doesnot renders best service but we must give higher remuneration to them.also the the team is very lazy they have no reflexes even when the work is later than estimated date.my honest opinion is please do not choose satgurus enterprise.
