Few months back, me and my father was searching residential properties and we came across a brochure of Selenite.

This project is carried out by Sanjay Developers. We went to see the ready house as demo. I just loved apartment. This project is located in Baner Road, Aundh.

This project has 11 floor. We booked one apartment on 5th floor. Carpet area is 680 sqft. There is a lift facility in the building. There are 2 watchmen, one at the gate and one in the lift.
