I had bought a flat in SAI KALYAN WINST. Hebbal Kempapura. Wonderful experience till date With builder. Looking to invest one more with them.

As per commitment by Builder, WINST Handover is on Aug 2016. Best Wished for them for Upcoming projects. Ultima and Pardus.

Best part which I had experienced in last 1.5 years is concern approach with builders, Quality better than many with in the price. Location and Legal clarity.

Hi guys everyone, Today I am here to review a new company's from Sai Kalyan Builders in Bangalore. It is a amazing. Our team of consultant architects believe that designs actually emerge from the inputs given by the clients. The clients ideas, their requirements, and their budget are the raw materials from which the designs evolve.It have been successfully completed many large scale construction projects for our varied clientele, by going that extra mile to look into nano detailing. It is a wonderful company. It is slim design.It is good work and performance and service. The our primary focus has always been on quality of work, integrity in intention.   All people overall satisfaction for it. Also people like to this company.  Special thanks to mr. Kalyan, mr.Sunil and rest of the sai kalyan builders team.The finished product was exactly in line with what was promised at the time of agreement.Quality, schedule and cost are normally the worrying factors of any new home buyer and we are very happy to say that our worries were always laid to rest during the period of our interaction with the Sai kalyan builders .So,  I like to this, Sai Kalyan Builders.

It is a very good feeling that sai kalyan builders gave us the flat on time, This is one special

characteristic of them. The work quality seems to be good, lets see how that goes. This is my first flat, So they helped me a lot in completing all for militias. Special thanks to mr.
