The construction quality is very cheap, they are looting the people, they dont have any higher management who will listen to the problem faced by the buyer of the flat.

they installed the cheap switches and sockets which will worth of 10-25rs but it's not available in the market.

cheap quality of granite, tiles and doors, bricks and paint.

once you booked the flat then no body is there to listen to your problem, the builder engg will loot you for minor works. and the instalment granite and tiles are done by un-professional people.

Quality of building is too bad, plastering and material quality are poor show good quality material but bad one during execution

It has been quite trending since the recent times that the stress in the real estate sectors have been prevailing since the NBFC that was one of the precious sources of funding to the developers have been facing liquidity issues as this is from the source itself. Hence many of the developers have been graving problems.

The builder has not even obtained construction permission and he wants people to invest in his project! People are not fools! We know that people like these builders exist who want to just run away with other people's hard-earned money!

The carpet area of this place is quite small because their 2 BHk rooms have a carpet area of a 1 BHK room and charging the same price.

I have visted to Ssvr tridax in varthur baligere road bangalore . All the flats almost sold out. It was good planning and facilities with pool, garden playing arena as well . Even rates also the same as marketing price in now days thats not a bad. But B block is in under construction and soon it wll be complteted once again I wanna visit for the best deal.

I would like to start with saying that they really build home to meet customers requirements. Quality of the building is amazing and there is absolutely legal with occupancy certificates issues. I stay in SSVR Lilac and enjoying every bit of my stay.

They made my life so simple and easy while purchasing as I was the first home buyer, they took care of all the requirements and guided me till I got my keys. We have all the baisc facilities like Genset, Batmenton court, kids playing area, Car parking, Gym and partyhall.
