They keep postponing showing us the licenses and the approvals that we need to see as buyers of this property. After a certain time, I stopped asking them for the same and decided not to invest in this property.

They told us that they will build a garden with swings and slides so that children can have fun, but they did not do that. They also promised us some other things, which they never took care of.

Grocery is not nearby. This increases time to commute between places and thereby rises concerns based around the same with respect to availability of local food ingredients from the vicinity. This needs to be taken care of.

Ruby constructors is a one of the excellent and customer liking builders in and around chennai and Tamil Nadu.

Because they are providing first-class quality and best quality products to the people. They are trying to give 100 percent best shot to the customer.

There are 1000s of people are working in there site. They are fully satisfied with there service.

More than 100 projects are going on spontaneously. They are considering Every project as a first project.

So they can do well and doing well. My friend is working in that construction from 2010 onwards.

Most of the time he will talk about the site works. How are they planning and doing the site work? and How the engineers are planning for that site and what are all the problems will arise? like that.

So I am attracted by the words very much. I believe the ruby builders very much.

All the engineers and workers are very sincere in their works and after working time they are moving friendly manner.

Senior people are guiding the junior people.

They construct buildings based on the earth quake ratio measurements. So buildings are good and will not affect on the flood because foundation is based for that.

They are building the site within the mentioned time period because customer should not hold-up and get annoyed.

Ruby builders are very worst builders forever because in 2016 I have booked 3 bhk and 4 bhk flat at OMR .Even now they dont finish the construction and says next month confirmly we finished this project . So please dont believe this ruby builders they are frod . Dont book any flats in ruby builders please refer another builders to make your bookings of flat . In other builders even if they late in constructions but not this much of late . So trust another bulider please please dont trust this ruby builders . Its an most worst builders forever I dont forget they forever . Very worst

I could find a flat as per my budget and with facilities in the locality. I made a call request in their website. They called me and asked about the budget and which part of Tambaram I need. The marketing person Rawther took me to two places and explained me the facilities available. They took us two times and then we booked the flat. They helped us in each and every activities throughout the process of purchase like registration etc. Our apartment is parking + two floors.

I have booked 1 BHK flat from Ruby Builders & Promters- Chennai near Burma Bazar in the year 2015. I have paid them 2 lac for booking the flat. Still now they has not finished contracting the flat. Total flat cost me 14 lacs still the promoters is asking more advance fees as the bricks, pillars, stone price has been increased so it cost me 16 lac current price and I need to pay 2 lac more to contructing the building properly in time. Even they are claiming everyone who has booked he flat they are paying more for the advance fee so that the building construction finish by 2018. I have complained to customer care about this but the customer care are less experienced as they are not aware of this fact and cannot give me proper details and cannot guide me properly. I had bad experience in this company so I suggest everyone to select other construction company for buying flats rather than this.

I live in this flat, Ruby flamingo for the past 2 years.

I am really happy that I chose this.

The houses are constructed with proper vaasthu and air ventilation system

2Bhk houses are with 1000 sq.ft and modular kitchen is constructed along with tile laying on floors.

Bathrooms are built one attached and one common one. One in western type and indian type.

Space around the flats is quite large for walking.

Small parking with circus and round abouts is there fir kids to play around.

Security system is really a good one. They wont allow any one inside the flats without getting sign.

Parking space beneath the flats is superly allocated.

Over all, a good choice

One of the best and reliable builders in and around Chennai.

The peoples are blindly believe because their quality buildings are spokes their reliability.

Some of their projects I have seen in Chennai is so awesome. For example: Ruby Landmark building in the route Vandalur-Walajabad Road near Mannivakkam.

I have so impressed their construction styles and way of presenting their creativity through talent and experienced workers.

At last, the rate they fixed is so good and very moderate to compare other builders in the same location.

The best company I suggest who are all purchase or plan to investment in real estate.

I have purchased a flat in Ruby Regency and Engineers are supportive when asking for any modification before the purchase of the House. First of all there is no Play area, but mentioned in some of the sites which I have come across. I have seen lot in double side cracks on the walls in my apartment(within in 6 months from purchase). when I checked with the builders they say we gave it to 3rd party(lame excuse). The Quality is not so good and it is not up to the mark and I am not satisfied at all for the money I have paid, they had planned to start the maintenance by july or August, But until December 2016. it is not yet started.

During any repair, to replace a damaged/cracked tile, they are damaging 1 more extra tiles!.

I bought a flat at chitlapakkam near violet metriculation school during 2009 from ruby. it was good and we got maintanance support from ruby builders for the initial 2 years. that too free of cost.

The Honeymoon was over and from 2011 all the flat owners are facing many issues. though they used red bricks for construction, the building quality was not great. Bath rooms were unplanned and the water leaked from 2nd floor bathroom to first floor hall. unable to arrest the water leak. and many issues still open.

Surpriced. this builder got 5 star rating. Don't know How. They are now using solid blocks instead of red bricks to construct their building. before you made any transaction talk to one of the owners who baught the flat from ruby builders 5 or 6 years ago

One of my family member suggest to go for Ruby Builders to buy flat in Tambaram. I personally had a good experience with the team.

I am very happy with the Sales and customer support of them.

They have big floor plans and the facilities like transportation, water supply is good.

I had purchased a flat in Tambaram, Chennai from Ruby builders.

Their construction and design of buildings are awesome and fast development and their engineers for construction are experienced.

The apartment is near to the Tambaram Railway Station/Bus stand  connect with all amenities.
