They are really big cheaters. I purchased a plot in 2018 and still, they were not giving me possessions and ignoring me all the time with fake commitments. So please don't be in the trap by them and go with legal as soon as possible then you will get possession or your money with interest and compensation amount. You can also demand harassment compensation. And Legal charges as well. I will advise go with Legal only and not waste your time with verbal or email communication.

I have purchased a plot at roha in 2017 from roha mega city developer.i have made all the payments of emi and yearly down-payment. Instead of doing registration they just making excuses from past 2 years.They are just making

I purchased my plot in roha mega city in year 2015. I paid all the payment of plot but till date they have not registered or transfer to me. I am filling case against them in consumer court. I booked a plot in Roha megacity from its office in Vashi they didn't give possession for two years and always made excuses then I stopped paying emi , thank God I didn't pay full amount otherwise I would be in a great trouble, when I asked them to repay my money they told me that they will cut 25 percent money as I want to quit then I said that this is their fault and not mine then only they give me post dated cheque and that too for one year after ..they are fraud please be aware from these crooks

I bought 2 plots in Phase II B, I paid full amount by 2018, but still there is no further updates of the property and the developments which was expected while buying, it is not there. Totally waste of money. I would never buy and even suggest any person to go for any plotting system

This project was started in 2014 with much fanfare. People just jumped blindly to book plots. Since then only two bungalows have come up and those too of local persons. There are no proper roads. Rickshaws do not play in this area and reluctant to take you there. It is waste of money and no resale value. It seems that developers have interest in selling plots only and they don't care afterwards. It is cheating and people who invested must be feeling duped. Forget that investment. Do not even think of having bungalow there, as there is no infrastructure at all.
