If you are robber , we can't tell your whole family is robber. If one make mistake it doesn't mean that all make mistake. That too u have no proof .

Don buy any flat or land from reddy community people.80 percent of the builders are fraud.Buy from gowdas or lingayaths or kanndaigs...reddy buggars...i don no how come they have spread all across bangalore. Recently in bagalur one guy called sudhaker reddy cheated all the beml employees. by collecting more than 100 crores rupees few years ago..in hsr layout some reddy brothers cheated some 100 people who bou8 site in joint venture and this list goes on.

You should ask who is honest reddy builder.it is difficult to find even one I guess.

I was looking out for an 2BHK apartment in south Bangalore. Wanted to book in Mahaveer  Laurel. But after visiting their Mahaveer Ridge project, I dropped the idea. Below are the few negative points I found in the project

1. 
   As soon as you enter the site, you will be greeted by Sewage Treatment Plant(STP). I wonder whose brilliant plan is to build STP right next to entrance. Once completed, the stink of the plant would greet the visitors. I have never seen an apartment with STP next to entrance.
   



2. 
   I saw couple of their ground floor balconies supported by metal pillars(the kind of we find in railway stations). I really hope it’s safe.
   



3. 
   The quality of materials they have in model apartment is very different than what they are actually using for other apartments. The tiles & other stuff used in completed flat I visited was very inferior to the one used in model flat.
